Sehr gutes Stadthotel
Das Hotel liegt super zentral in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes. Von dort aus ist vieles, u.a. die Altstadt, sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist ein wirklich schönes Stadthotel mit ausgesprochen reichhaltigem Frühstück. Der Family Room war ausreichend groß für einen Kurztrip. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Zum Hauptbahnhof ging es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss und in die Altstadt ca 20 Minuten. Das Morgenessen ist sehr fein und die Auswahl ist rissig. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, es gab auch kein Kleiderschrank, was mir gefehlt hat. Ansonsten sehr empfehlungswert!

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
Die Sauberkeit hat leider zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Vor allem beim Badezimmer. Zahnpasta-Reste, rostiger Spiegel, schwarze Streifen am Waschbecken, Dreck in den Ecken, total verkalkter Duschkopf. Das Frühstück war von der Auswahl OK, jedoch leider sehr chaotisch. Man muss für Samstag und Sonntag eine Uhrzeit bekanntgeben, es kontrolliert aber niemand. Dadurch ist alles total überfüllt und man wartet 10 min an der Kaffeemaschine. Am Nachbartisch wurde sogar darüber gesprochen, dass sie eigentlich schon um 8 Uhr da hätten sein sollen, weil sonst nichts mehr frei war, aber sie kamen einfach um 9:30 Uhr, weil eh egal. Es wird auch nicht kontrolliert, ob man überhaupt Gast im Hotel ist. Sonst ist das Hotel nett, der Central Bahnhof ist direkt nehben dem Hotel und auch sonst kommt man zu Fuß überall hin. Die Zimmergröße ist für Skandinavien normal, sogar ein kleiner "Schreibtisch".

Solide Unterkunft im Zentrum
Ruhiges Hotel (Zimmer zum Innenhof), nahe Zentrum, nahe Metro. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, ausgenommen Kaffee, der ist wie in Skandinavien üblich, einfacher Filterkaffee. Zimmerservice nur auf Bestellung. Leider wurden nur die Handtücher ersetzt und die Bettdecke gerichtet. Badezimmer und WC sonst null geputzt, Bodylotion Behälter war schon bei Ankunft leer und wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt. Fitnessraum für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr bedürftig ausgerüstet und ungepflegt. Rezeption sehr freundlich und speditiv, sowie auch das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet :-)

Das Hotel liegt zentral direkt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsboote in die Schären und den Mälaren gut zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn erreichbar. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Saubere Unterkunft, freundliches Personal.

Traveled with a friend. It was clean. Mattress a bit soft. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Was in a quiet room. There was a very good variety of breakfast available (cereal station, sausage/bacon/scrambled eggs section, croissants/muffins, pancakes). The Arlanda Express train (to/from ARN airport) was 5 minutes from the hotel. The train to Friends arena was a 5 minute walk. 15 minute walk to Old Town. Location was amazing and convenient.

Great location, great staff, great room but we had no soap or body lotions in the dispensers so asked at reception on first of 3 days. We never received them which was disappointing. However, that was the only issue.

空港から到着のバス停のすぐ向かいにあるので荷物の移動も大変便利。築年が古そうでしたが、リフォームされ内装はバスルームもとても綺麗で問題無く、お湯の出や水の流れも問題無し。5階建に対してエレベーターが3基あるのでエレベーターもすぐ乗れ快適でした。

Enjoyed our stay. Has a great decor, lovely location and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. My quibble would be that our mattress was incredibly soft, while the sofa bed my daughter slept on was quite incredible. Hopefully these aspects will be improved before our next visit.

Great location for the central station, with a regular fast train to the airport. Gamla Stan is easily reached on foot. Restaurants in the area seem to close very early but not sure if that is a seasonal thing. The main shopping street in Norrmalm is within easy walking distance too. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

The stay was decent overall. The location proved convenient, and the room offered a peaceful retreat. However, cleanliness fell short of expectations. Lingering trash in the hallway, including food waste, marred our experience. Additionally, when inquiring about bringing a baby to the bar area, we faced confusion from one staff member who suggested retreating to our room for drinks due to uncertainty. After some delay, another staff member clarified that it was permissible. These instances left us feeling unsettled and slightly frustrated during our visit. Breakfast was chaotic.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was fantastic and it’s in a great location. Rooms are a good size. Would recommend!

A 5 minute walk from the train station, a 30 minute walk from Gamla Stan and if you're coming from America with fussy children- you'll be across the street from Burger King, McDonalds, Subway and 7-Eleven.
