We are happy to see that you enjoyed your visit and that you gave us a high rating. Regarding the cleaning requests, we are sorry that you think our system is inconvenient. We actually have a new service where guests can scan a QR code on the welcome letter you got at check in. I am sorry if you were not informed about this at the front desk. This is a new service system and we still also take cleaning requests in person. Regarding the closet, our concept is to spare some space by offering an "outside closet" and hangers for the guests. We have a total of 392 hotel rooms in different sizes, with different view, different layout, size of the bathroom varies and some rooms are equipped with bathtub but the majority has shower. Our modern open closet may not work for those guests that stay for a longer period of time, I agree. If needed we would be happy to provide more hangers. In most of the rooms we also have put a storage chest. We thank you again for your honesty and we will note your opinions for further consideration. We wish you all the best,Best regards,

Es ist richtig, dass Scandic Hotels in allen unseren Hotels eine neue Reinigungsroutine hat. Dies ist ein Teil unserer Arbeit, um das Klima so wenig wie möglich zu belasten. Scandic Hotels ist Skandinaviens größte Hotelkette und glaubt, dass wir mit kleinen Veränderungen einen großen Unterschied machen können. Wenn unsere Gäste eine Zimmerreinigung wünschen, müssen Sie uns dies nur mitteilen und wir reinigen Ihr Zimmer selbstverständlich ohne Aufpreis.
