Wonderful Wonderful place
This is the most amazing property ! EVERYTHING is provided, wine and candy/snacks on arrival. Every detail is thought of. The bed, couch, porch, dining are soooo comfortable with the most exquisite bedding. Bathroom is a world class spa. Our second time staying did not disappoint. Actually exceed our expectations. Th biggest disappointment was we had to cut our trip short due to health problems I had no control over. We will be back absolutely. Thank you owners Abby and Steve. You are the best. Best relaxing weekend
My wife and I were just needing a relaxing weekend away for our 6 month anniversary. The cabin was the best thing we could have asked for. The tub and fireplace were positively amazing, and we ending up spending our whole weekend just in the cabin. Will absolutely have to come again to actual enjoy the sights and being on the gulf!

Great property! This community has a hot tub, pool & other amenities. Was able yo use hot tub once. It was great! Our cottage was nice & cozy! Would recommend locating cottage in daylight hours. Was difficult to find in the dark. my GPS was telling me to turn left on Lisett instead of right.

the Landing resort area was very quiet this week; we enjoyed the area so much; brought our boat, docked at the community dock-only one there. Superb place, loved the screened in back porch and had one cold day-fireplace in cottage was wonderful

Great property - great time.
We thoroughly enjoyed the few days we stayed here. Very well appointed home. Great for an anniversary or other romantic getaway. Only couple minor issues we had were the directions - needs to include the street name that you turn onto from 51 (Cedar Street) as the sign that is referenced has changed an no longer advertised the festival. Also there was no warning about the water that collects on side of tub and flows toward fireplace when using shower. We had to put towels there to catch it. These were minor issues and did NOT negatively impact our stay at all. The wine and bath products left for us - all defitinitely a plus!!👍🏻 Bed is very comfortable. Loved the fireplace. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we are in the area again.

LOVED IT!
I am not one to write reviews however I had to write one for this amazing property and hosts. First the cottage was everything we could dream for, amazing fire place, romantic spa for two, and peaceful dreamy back porch. The owners had snacks, and wine available if needed. They also stocked the bath area with bath bombs, bubbles, and Epsom salts! We enjoyed the landings peaceful atmosphere, we had a little fire, ride our bikes, went to the pool hot tub, played ping pong, basketball, pet the goats and enjoyed some drinks in the rocking chairs on the water. I also wanted to mention I saw in a previous review that the bath tub only filled 1/3 full of hot water… however in the instructions it said to fill 1/2 way with hot water which is plenty with the bubbles and then add more hot water as the heater recouped this worked perfectly for us and we were never short of water.. we will be back again!!!!

Beautiful resort with a charming private cottage
The Hales were so easy to get a hold of and offered personalized care. The cottage was charming with little pieces of convenience and home brought inside. It was decorated with a darling coastal theme. The sheets that are used are some of the most comfortable and cozy that I have slept on. The resort offered many fun activities to keep us entertained as a family. This is by far the cutest area of Steinhatchee!
