Exceptional in every way!
It was one of my most memorable experiences. Absolute seamless luxury experience of hospitality, and exceptional service. Private car service to Corviglia base and city center was available at moment's notice. Everyone made sure we were well taken care of. Dining at Da Vittorio was superb. Definitely deserve 10 out of 10!

If I could give The Carlton St. Moritz a rating beyond excellent, I would do it in a heartbeat! From the time we arrived, to the time we left— everything was perfection. I really can’t express how much they blew me away with their sincere attentiveness and warmth. Every single staff member we encountered during our stay was amazing! There was nothing that we requested that they didn’t take care of. This is beyond a 5-star hotel in my eyes. I can’t wait to revisit and enjoy this beautiful property and it’s wonderful staff again! Absolutely phenomenal!

The Carlton is obviously a five-star hotel. Everything is top notch in the staff is incredible. Every one of the staff went out of their way to make sure that it was the best stay ever. Rooms were incredible and the view was outstanding. Restaurants were also fantastic. If I could give the six stars I would. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far.

One of the nicest hotel stays we have ever had. Nice touches included Bentley car transportation, top of the line amenities, complimentary fruit & water in room daily. Staff was so nice and accommodating it was truly a pleasure to stay there.

Perfection!
The service at Carlton Hotel was top-notch! Staff were attentive without being overwhelming, and always wanted to ensure I had a great stay. The lounge is really comfortable with a great fireplace, and staff in the dining room at breakfast were very friendly and always ready with more coffee (thank you Giovanni!). The room was exceedingly comfortable (if a bit dated in design) and had spectacular views of the lake. Definitely the best place to stay in St Moritz!

Fantastic hotel for a little luxury
This was without doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in for service. The staff made you feel welcome and couldn't do enough for us. I have stayed in many five star hotels previously and would rate this a six rather than five it was so superior to any other hotel I have stayed in. The staff seemed to be genuinely wanting you to enjoy your time with them. The fact that they met us at the station without us asking is just one of the lovely touches that occurred.
The hotel indoor outdoor pool was divine so well set up and comfortable I used it every day. The meals were outstanding even when we had the half board option included in our price. We were very lucky with the weather as it was outstanding. All the lovely touches in the room were also appreciated like the mini bar being part of the cost and some nice chocolates and fruit on arrival. The room was a great size and the views over the lake just magnificent from our balcony. The bathroom was the best size and appointment on any I have stayed in. The price was a little more than some five star but worth every cent if you want a special treat.
