Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub, es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Toller Service, sehr freundliches Personal. Jeden Tag abwechselnde Aktivitäten und sehr nette Hotelgäste. Das Restaurant Oro ist hervorragend, tolle Weine, sehr gutes Essen. Generell eine riesige Auswahl an Speisen in den verschiedenen Restaurants.

My husband and I loved everything about our stay at this resort. The staff was friendly, helpful, and entertaining. The food was delicious, and our room was clean. If I ever get the opportunity to visit Barbados again, this is definitely where we will stay!

This was one of the best all inclusive resorts I’ve been to. The staff were so nice and friendly (especially our ambassador Kiarah). Oro was the best restaurant for food and overall the food was better than most all-inclusive resorts. Easy access to airport and downtown Bridgetown. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Barbados!

We had an amazing vacation. My only complaint is there was little no entertainment nightly. We paid for all inclusive however we had to spend the entire vacation out in order to have some fun. The staff was extremely pleasant. I do feel the butler service needs to be revamped as we never saw this person after check in and didn’t have any help with bags and were stuck on the floor with no elevator for over 15 minutes on check out day. The Asian buffet was DELICIOUS but other than that the food was just ok. The pictures make this place look like a 5 star resort however it’s not a 5 star but very beautiful. If you’re looking for quiet and relaxing but want to dine out this is the place for you. If you’re looking for entertainment, fun, great food I wouldn’t suggest this place however, we had a great time.

Our check in was probably the worst I have ever experienced and the staff desperately need training. The overall experience at this hotel was poor. It did not live up to being a 5 star hotel and was not worth the money.

I am writing to inform you that I had a highly disappointing experience during my recent stay at the 02 Beach Club. I had no option but to check out after just one night due to a severe case of food poisoning that I contracted at one of your restaurants, Brisa. As a result, I had to make alternative arrangements at another hotel. I must express my utmost dissatisfaction and request reimbursement for the remaining five nights that I had initially booked. The lack of security at your property is deeply concerning, and the overall cleanliness of the installations left much to be desired. Moreover, the level of service provided fell far below the expected standards for a purported luxury hotel. Frankly, I am perplexed as to how this establishment is advertised as such. Given that my booking was made through Expedia, I am unable to directly contact the hotel to discuss this matter. Therefore, I kindly request that you reimburse me for the remaining nights as soon as possible. I believe it is only fair to be compensated for the terrible experience I had at your property. I trust that you will promptly address this issue and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I eagerly await your response and a swift resolution to this matter.

Pools too cool to swim in and the only available hot tub is up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately even though the hotel is advertised as all inclusive actually three of the four restaurants are closed two nights per week. They describe 4 restaurants on their website but not always accessible.

The property was amazing!! My room with a swim up pool/patio was out of this world. There are not a lot of activities however... It is a very quiet place. If you want entertainment you will have to go elsewhere (except for the nightly singers performing on the patio).

I have been to many All Inclusive resorts, and this one by far blows all others out of the water for Food and Service! Staff was all very friendly. They actually seemed happy to be there working! Grounds were well kept. Rooms were large. We were in the adult side, which I believe is newer then the other building. Lots of choices for dinners. Breakfast was just the buffet, which was fine! Lunch was the buffet, and Blue Fin for Ala carte lunch. No ice machines around, you need to call front desk. And they were there knocking at our door with it. House keeping was weird, not in cleanliness, but in the supply of towels. One day no clean towels left, The following day, 1 bath towel left for 2 people. But I called and they brought them right up. They offer turn down service in the evening. Restaurants need reservations, which was simple! Make them when you check in. Do NOT miss Oro, that was excellent! They had a singer every evening till 10. The pools were nice, but the main pool (adults only) doesn’t get much sun. And was in a wind tunnel. But pools were clean. Beach was nice! Plenty of chairs at pool and beach. Always a large supply of pool towels! My only issue, is they have a large staff, why no entertainment crew?? Pool needs to liven up. Pool bars were not busy, I think for that reason. But a very nice experience for us!

O2 is a great property. The food is amazing and the customer service is impeccable. The night before we arrived, I alerted the staff that our flight was delayed and that I forgot to mention that it was our anniversary. The front desk was expecting us and champagne and snacks along with balloons were set up in our room on arrival. Drink service by the beach was also great and they brought us cold scented towels and popsicles! The hotel is a 10 minute walk from nightlife and 15 minutes from the airport. The only thing I would change is that we were not aware that the specialty restaurant, Oro, is not open daily and we were not aware that you need reservations from the concierge to dine there. Otherwise, can’t wait to go back!

My family and I just returned from an amazing vacation at O2 in Barbados for my birthday. From the fast track arrival, the transportation, the arrangements for the island tour, catamaran and even a photographer, Paul, who took the most stunnng family photos.Being a neat freak myself, this resort is impeccably clean and beautiful. We loved the island, the locals, the resort is beautiful and the staff at the resort were the icing on the cake. The staff was great & very personable. They all went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food choices were great as well. If you did not eat what was on the menu, they would make you whatever you want. You get pampered. We do a lot of traveling and this was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. This was by far the best vacation I have ever been on (which has been quiet a few). The resort was 15 minutes from the airport, it was stunning with amazing views of the ocean, beach was clean, the staff was extremely accommodating and everyone seemed happy to be there and to help you. The food was amazing, which is not always the case at an all inclusive. I cannot wait to go back and highly recommend this resort. We did the junior suite oceanfront in the luxury side of the building, which is the adults only side. There is another building to the left which allows kids, but there really weren't any kids when we went. We did the fast track on the way there and someone met us outside the plane with our name on a sign, walked us past about 150-200 people waiting in customs, and we showed them our passports and were on our way. I asked the hotel for this service as well as transportation to and from. It was not expensive and super worth it. Can't say enough!

We had a fabulous stay at O2. The staff is AMAZING, friendly, helpful, there for your every need. The good is some of the best I’ve had from an all inclusive resort. Will return for sure.

We arrived early after coming from a cruise; the staff worked very hard to make our room available before the check-in time and accommodated our request for a late check-out. The food is really good in all restaurants. Never a shortage of sunbeds, and the beach guys are really happy to accommodate. The place is a short 10 min walk to the centre where the are plenty of bars and restaurants. A store opposite the hotel seems to stock anything you may need. The place is very clean, and the rooms are spacious.

Did have my room when I arrived sent first 2 day of my trip waiting to get the right room then tried to send me to their sister resort that was worst. We just got these and tried to make the best of it. Expedia really need to look into place because you mess up your name to not have my and put me and a bad room not refund me or anything the pictures on the site wasn't what I got at all bad experience never going back

The customer service here was great. I can honestly say all the staff was very welcoming and willing to help with whatever was needed to make my stay as pleasurable as possible. Jhené was especially helpful in organizing my excursion and making sure I was able to get what I wanted done during my stay. Some downsides are the hotel is beautiful but not as large as I expected, and the gym was very small, treadmill was out of service & it didn’t seem as though the gym was tended to daily. I went twice during my stay and the second day there were no cups to get water or towels available.
