Very friendly and accomodating staff. The room was very clean and upkept bathroom with cleanliness and looking updated. They dont have cots or roll-away beds for those with more than 2 kids and the amount of chlorine at the pool was so high that my eyes burned just being there. The breakfast was quite good and the pancake machine was a hit with everyone. Area around this location was a bit sketchy and some car blasted music at 2 in the morning so loud and with such impressive bass that I am sure everyone woke up thinking a party with bombs going off. Luckily only lasted a few minutes.

The only downfalls about staying here were not really in control of the property. The neighborhood is loud with traffic but did calm down after 11ish. The only complaint about the hotel was the limited towels. I didn’t realize I was going to need another shower so when I asked for another towel, there were no regular towels (they were in the wash). And the pool/gym towels are fairly useless. Thin and warn you’ll have better luck with a sock. But I’d definitely stay again.

Comfortable and spacious room. The air is VERY dry in the hotel and so we woke up feeling quite unwell. Otherwise, the stay was exactly what we needed for business travel (just be sure you have a small vaporizer!).

Overall it was fine. Service was great. The bed was uncomfortable and lots of stains in carpet and on ceiling. I would stay again if I had to but it won’t be my first choice. The staff was extremely helpful and deserve a raise.

Property was nice very clean and staff was definitely attentive and kind. The area which is downtown has limited parking close to the hotel so the offer a lot close by which my car was broken into overnight and my things were trashed which terrified my child upon seeing it the next day.

I was in town for the NCAA Regional hockey tournament games in March, 2024. Easy location to find, convenient to the arena. Since this was a pleasure trip and did not need to explore the area, nor eat out for meals, I can't give that sort of review. For me, it was excellent. Just across the street to the arena, easy access to the highway (I-91) when I traveling. I'd definitely stay there, again.

Great place!
Stayed here because the casino hotel was full, and honestly will stay here every time now. Very clean, and the staff was so friendly! We were surprised when we walked in the room was huge! A quick two minute walk to the casino! Parking was a little tight as they had a full hotel that night, but other than that nothing to complain about at all.
