Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Unser Zimmer hatte leider keinen (!) Wifi-Empfang und die Einrichtung ist (gefühlt) aus den 1990ern. Es war so sauber, wie ein altes, abgewohntes Zimmer sein kann. Für eine Nacht ist es ausreichend, für einen längeren Aufenthalt definitiv nicht empfehlenswert!

The room was okay for cleanness. The outside doors did not latch! Ice machine was not working. Breakfast was mostly carbohydrates. The indoor pool is closed. At 2am rooms had doors slightly open & female said"wait" as I walked by. Made me wonder about what kind of activity that room was used for. The only vending machine with products was adjacent to lobby. Will not stay there again, will pay more for security & peace of mind.

Front desk staff have the personality of a potato. They were not welcoming, no manners. I checked in and they didn’t acknowledge by saying thank you for staying with us, or have a good stay. They didn’t even bother to say, let us know if you need anything. Nothing against “budget friendly” choices..but this is a hard pass. I’ll pay more money for better facilities and customer service. What a joke. I will not stay here again. Our sink didn’t even have a stopper and it was disgusting looking down into the drain. Go for yourself and prove me wrong.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, but if you're looking for a quiet night's sleep, this is not the place. The doors, windows and walls must be poorly insulated because you can hear everything and everyone outside or inside- it was as if my door/window were wide open. Between that and the bed being not particularly comfortable I wasn't able to enjoy my stay.

It's in an industrial area, Amazon is next door. The neighborhood is not offensive, just not whar I was expecting. All's good, just a few minutes from the airport which is what I was after.

The staff were all super friendly and nice! The room itself was clean and decently updated. The hotel common areas were a bit run down but fine. Lots of green space outside for our dogs too which was great! The highway was loud but didn’t really hear it from the room which was good.

They rented us a room that “sleeps 5”. When we arrived the day of our reservation all they had was a single room with two queen beds. No sofa sleeper or anything for our fifth adult, as we were expecting. I guess we’re were supposed to cram three adults into one queen bed, or have someone sleep on the floor? We asked this very question and their response was, “theoretically you could do that so that is why we advertise it that way.” 😳😳 We asked if they had a roll away bed we could use. They told us they did have roll away beds but would not allow us to use one in our room due to it being a fire hazard. The person at the desk was completely unapologetic about our situation, and we ended up having to book another hotel last minute to accommodate our five people.

The internet was not working, got dressed, went downstairs for help, was told to try a different address. Still not working. Back downstairs and said they would get to it in about ten minutes. That fixed it. NO microwave! Staff was not happy and friendly.

This hotel was actually really good for a cheap reasonable price for one night wasn't bad the room itself was big enough, very cleaned & decent size shower with really hot water & ac unit that was really good. Just need a spot to stay for the night & wasn't a bad option. Pool was great too wish the hot tub was working but that's okay.

Everything is a bit elderly and cheap materials.The TV channels were fuzzy and hard to see. Trash around the outside parking lot and grass areas. Breakfast was minimal. Only starchy products.

I really love how the accessibility rooms are truley disability friendly. Plenty of space for a wheelchair or walker. Bathroom was larger for same reason. Service dog friendly as well as pet friendly. Definitely will recommend to friends

One issue with the toilet but it was attended to quickly. No transportation for airport after 11 pm was not convenient so had to take an Uber. Simple breakfast was typical and fine. Clean sheets and comfortable beds. Great for long-term parking while on a trip.

Nothing was great about this property. Room was dirty and it was the most run down hotel we have ever stayed at. Never again will my family and I stay there. There was not even wifi. They had five different wifi routers and the password did not work on anyone of them. Even after calling the front desk they couldn't help us.

Our room was quite dirty (we found a peanut in the sheets) and also in disrepair (shower falling apart, sink faucet uncontrollable). Ice machine was broken so we went up to the third floor and stumbled into a bunch of rough tenants who were swearing in the hallway. Pool was not great and hot tub was out of commission. The doors leading out to the smoking area do not seal so the smell of smoke permeated the hallways - so bad I was wondering if this was actually a smoking hotel.
