I am happy to hear that you enjoyed our hospitality and hotel premises. We are always striving to take the best of care of all our guests. However, I am saddened to hear you struggled to sleep during your stay. Thank you for making me aware of this during your stay also as we did and do continue to have discussions with our neighbour for an amicable solution in relation to the dog barking. However, I would like to highlight we are unable to control external variables such as; traffic, as we are located conveniently close to the town centre, and neighbouring dogs barking. I do understand and appreciate your concerns however I do feel 2/5 stars may be harsh especially when you yourself have pointed out the wonderful service you received.
