Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Sofabett für 2 Kinder (10&13) eher klein und schmal. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit grosser Auswahl. Check-In und Check-Out sehr schnell und unkompliziert.

Nice hotel, great breakfast. Decent, quite large rooms. Reception personell really really bad: Getting breakfast added to our already paid rooms was kind of impossible, took the breakfast manager get involved and then it worked. But getting then the right invoice with company adress on it was another nigthmare. I see a lot of hotels as being flight crew, but this receptionists are really extremely bad.

Wir hatten ein "executive room" für eine Nacht mit zwei Hunden gebucht. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gut; alles nett hergerichtet. Der Roomservice war gut. Die Sauberkeit der separaten Toilette ließ mehr als zu wünschen übrig; die Tür war von innen bis zur halben Höhe mit bräunlichen Spritzern übersät. Was das war möchte ich mir garnicht erst vorstellen. Die Vermutung liegt nahe, dass bei Kurzaufenthalten die Sauberkeit in den Hintergrund rückt; das sollte in einem namhaften Hotel nicht passieren. Ist das Mitbringen von Hunden erlaubt, so sollte keinesfalls die Sauberkeit vernachlässigt werden; im Gegenteil sollte sie im Vordergrund stehen, da ja auch Mehrkosten für die Hunde zu leisten sind. Einmalige Versehen sind natürlich nicht auszuschließen. Das englische Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

The property is very close to the cruise terminal in an area with shopping and dining options. It’s only a five minute ride from the train station, the hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful.

Really pleasant 2 night stay. Hotel feels rather dated and bedrooms could do with a bit of upgrade but everywhere was exceedingly clean. This is a nice, quiet hotel within walking distance of the cruise terminal and a shopping mall. My room was quite hot (April, 14’c outside temperature) but so it was nice to be able to open the windows a little.

I would not recommend or stay again and would like my money back

This was booked as a double bed and double sofa bed as was shown in the picture. We didn't find it like that, the sofa bed wasn't made up. When i asked staff if i was supposed to make up the 2nd bed it got confusing and they wanted to move us to twin beds (not what i ordered or wanted) then they said they would go and make up the 2nd bed they did but made up half of it into a 2nd bed. My son in the end said to me it would be fine as we'd had along day and the language barrier with the receptionist was to difficult.
