Einfach der HAMMER
Dieses Resort ist der Wahnsinn und einfach Traumhaft. Das Personal mehr als zuvorkommend. Als wir anriefen, da was fehlte war keine 5 Minuten später jemand da und hat es gebracht. Das Haus war wunderschön und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Wenn ihr einkaufen wollt, fahrt lieber bisschen weiter und geht nicht zu Big Y die sind meiner Meinung nach zu teuer.

Very clean and commodious. It felt like a home away from home. It might feel dated to some but we found it very luxurious for the price. We didn’t really take advantage of many of the amenities but they are ample. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. I would definitely come back.

Resort is huge and is like what I pictured the resort in Dirty Dancing to be in its heyday. We did not make use of any of the facilities, but it seems like there was something interesting to do every day for kids despite the cold, April temperatures. Our family of five (kids 17,13,6) stayed in a king and queen two bedroom. Room was spacious but definitely in used condition. We enjoyed the private balcony facing the woods. Weird bathroom open to bedroom in king bedroom, complete with 1980s style jetted tub with mirrored surround. All of us opted to use the bathroom in the queen bedroom. Cute well-equipped kitchen, but we ventured into town on recommendation of front desk staff to try the restaurants. Very happy with the suggestions! Another curious feature was a tiny kitchenette in the queen bedroom with cooktop. The exterior doorknob was removed for that bedroom, but it must have been a standalone queen suite at some point. There was noise from adjacent rooms audible from both bedrooms (people going up and down stairs and water running), but all of us adjusted and slept ok. We would stay again if price is right!

The people were amazing. A great place for family with children. I wish I knew about this place when my kiddos were little. Only comment is that the cafe is terrible. Great people, kind, thoughtful but the food needs improvement.

The pool areas were filthy with Goldfish crackers strewn all over, hairballs floating in the water, and large groups of inconsiderate patrons who behaved in extremely unsafe ways. We had problems with check-in given a system-wide outage. This hotel / facility has great potential, but there should be more policies in place to discourage large groups of guests monopolizing the pool area and leaving behind huge messes.

Did not appreciate the fact that the property sells game room cards right up until the time they turn off the games. We had just bought a $50 card and the place went dark. It it an unfair business practice. There should be a reminder sign at the machine "close at 9pm" We checked out early and couldn't use the next day either. The customer service at front desk should be more understanding and helpful instead of belligerent and accusatory that we should know better. Was not a good way to end our stay at Holiday Inn

The staff was very friendly and knowlegable. The property was beautiful. Our room was spacious, clean and cute. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great, having 2 adults and 4 kids. The kids loved the pools and the arcade. The only thing I didnt like was having to climb 3 stories to our room during a snowstorm. Not the hotels fault it was cold, but an elevator would have been nice. We will definitely be heading back and I will keep recommending this place to friends and family.

Expectations for the price were far better than anticipated!! The room (more like a well furnished and equipped 1 bedroom apartment) was uniquely decorated in accordance to its rustic mountainside location...The only negative comment was how quickly the hot water ran out in either of the 2 full bathrooms in our suite.

Great place for all the family- great room with nice amenities.don’t have to much dining options on the resort- no available breakfast even with extra pay and nothing in a walking distance. Also the tv is with cables and dvd- no smart tv
