„THe unit is neat and tidy . However expect a granny flat in the back of a very unkept back yard . Electrical switch not working and potentialy dangerous . Tv does not work ,very limited stations . Netflix controler has no bateries . Any dish cleaning must be done in bathroom sink . Poor comunications ,and or confused comunications between the two owner /mangers . Make sure you confirm everything . Its proibably the cheapest in Canberra ,so you get what yoiu pay form . A comfortable and safe ...

„キャンベラのシティからバスまたはタクシー。中心部から約６キロくらいの住宅街。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ポップアップトースター、包丁ナイフスプーン完備。 スーパーまで歩いて約１０位。近隣にレストランコンビニなしです。 民博のような感じでした。玄関とかありません。ロビーもありません。ホテルの方もいません。 エアコンは自分でコントロールできません。寒かった。 バスタブのない部屋でした。 シャワーは最初は調子よかったのですが、２０分くらいで水になりました。冷たかったです。洗面台はシンクでした。服などを洗うのにはちょうどいい深さです。 隣の部屋へ通じるであろうドア（ドアノブが外されてる）の鍵穴から隣が見えるのと、声が聞こえてきます。 無線wifiは快適に使えました。 ベッドもテーブルも快適でした。“

„Did stay here for 11 days and will book it again next time as it is conveniently located to reach the company office and the airport. Very nice is the Nespresso machine in the room and three capsules for free, especially as they have coincidently my favorite versions. Appreciate the walk in shower and although it is a bit strange that Joe's bar is also offering pizzas with their own oven, it is also possible the get the complete menu from Agostini also when sitting in Joe's bar. „The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It is somewhat dated but well maintained, and the local area is always nice to stay around. The air-con was a bit noisy and drowned out the TV somewhat in the loungeroom, and check in was a little hit and miss, but that was due to miscommunication on both sides. Overall, I would come back again. Thanks :)“
