Fantastisch
Das Hotel befindet sich nur ein paar Meter entfernt von Meer. Das Personal ist freundlich und verfügbar für jedes Wünsch. Sie anbieten auch ein Transfer Service von Hotel zu Parkplatz (und umgekehrt auch) sodass für die Gäste leichter ist, das hotel zu erreichen. Unsere Zimmer war sauber und komfortable, Klimaanlage ist auch dabei. Wir waren sehr begeistert und wir werden sicher wieder gehen!

Schwer zu finden, aber es lohnt sich
Das Baia Hotel ist ein schönes kleines Hotel in der Marina de Puolo. Es ist etwas schwierig zu finden, auch wenn man ein Navi hat. Man erreicht es nur über eine schmale Straße. Dafür geht es auch in der Bucht sehr ruhig zu. Es gibt nur dieses Hotel und einige Restaurants. Das Personal des Hotels ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn man etwas braucht wird einem sofort geholfen oder die Sache erledigt. Das Hotel kooperiert mit dem Restaurant nebenan, wo es auch das Frühstück gibt. Man kann für den Abend ein Menü im Voraus buchen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es nicht viel. Nur den Strand, Felsen und die schon erwähnten anderen Restaurants. Wenn man etwas einkaufen will muss man schon mit dem Mietwagen einige Kilometer weit wegfahren. Dafür hat man hat aber seine Ruhe von dem hektischen Verkehr Süditaliens und kann am Strand mit dem Blick aufs Meer, Neapel und den Vesuv wunderbar entspannen.

Hotel Baia di Puolo liegt direkt am Strand
Das Hotel ist in der kleinen Bucht direkt am sauberen Hotel-eigenen Strand. Leider sind die vordersten Sonnenschirmreihen nicht für die Hotelgäste, sondern für die "reichen" einheimischen für den ganzem Sommer reserviert! Geeignet für Erholung, mit Kinder. Baden und schnorcheln im glasklaren Wasser ist super! Das Hotel ist am besten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es besteht kurz vor dem Hotel ein Parkplatz, da die kleine Bucht autofrei ist, super, kein Lärm. Leider ist das Hotel-Restaurant nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung. Man hat das Gefühl dass man unwillkommen ist. Aber kein Problem. Unmittelbar neben dem Hotel gibt es drei Restaurants mit bester Bedienung. Das Frühstück ist leider auch nicht ideenreich! Fazit: ich würde wieder hingehen, einfach mit dem Essen muss man ausweichen.

We wont be coming here too soon. The only good thing to can say is that is you are hiding from the law, thos would be the spot!!…. Other than that the staff at reception are rude and um welcoming. The fact that it is impossible to get to crom the top of the mountain, you would have thought they would have the transport from top to the hotel finely tuned. Not leave your guests waiting at the top for an hour at midnight. Cleaniness ok Location idealic All they need to do is respect that people pay to stay there. Not that they are doing us an favour. Just a little more TLC and they would be booming

Un lugar muy hermoso; con una vista increíble. El servicio excelente, cálido y amable. Nos sentimos verdaderamente como en casa. La playa es muy hermosa y segura. La oferta gastronómica es muy extensa, y las habitaciones son muy agradables y limpias; y la terraza ofrece una vista increíble de Nápoles, y el volcán. Muy recomendable.

we stayed 2 nights, little hard to get to we had to walk a long way down the hill from road , recommend using bus not taxi. once there its fabulous. great food places, staff are lovely and arranged a shuttle when we left to bus stop. room was clean and lovely views. a little gem , busy at weekends

Getting to the property from Sorrento is very easy, if you take the bus or a taxi. My brother and I walked; it was a beautiful walk, but very long, and a little dangerous as we had to walk along the side of the road. This is not the hotel's fault/problem by any mean; just a forewarning to anyone staying in this area (don't walk unless you want to get an extra 10-12k steps in that day!) The hotel itself was beautiful. Fantastic view of the ocean from our balcony. The restaurant next door had great food for all meals of the day. A perfect little bay with just a few hotels, so nice and private. The only "issue" I had was with the firmness of the bed; it was too firm and thus uncomfortable for me. The pillows were also not amazing. Otherwise, I would definitely book here again, and recommend it to any of my friends or family looking to stay in the area.

one major problem is the accessibility to property. Taxis can only pick up and drop off at a parking lot quite far away. one need to call the hotel to get ride. in one night, we had to make international call 5 times to get a ride. No one showed up. we finally key walking in the dark to reach the hotel. The front desk girl during the morning and early evening was extremely helpful and or ok fessional.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful setting. Room was not big, but very comfortable with a balcony and beautiful flowers. Staying in the room, we could here waves. Beach is very nice, just don’t forget to bring swimming shoes. Every one in the hotel and restaurant for breakfast were very helpful. The only thing we didn’t like, was shower, water was switching to cold all the time. But would comeback and stay there again!

Good hotel but tough logistics
The hotel room is big and comfortable and the staff is very nice and friendly. They are super helpful The scenery around the hotel is awesome as it is located on the beach But that is also its biggest downside as taxis cannot come to the hotel and you have to rely on shuttles to complete the last leg of your trip. So in the morning the logistics of planning your trip is complicated as you need to schedule both the shuttle ride as well as the taxi time. And the taxis generally end up charging a premium to come to this hotel due to its remote location. If you don’t plan on using this beach when you are in Sorrento as you will visit Amalfi Coast suggest you don’t stay at this hotel as the logistics are complicated. Easier to stay in Sorrento Centre with walking distance access to Port and shops / restaurants

Hidden gem about 15m by car from Sorrento - the hotel shuttle (cute fiat) will drop you at a bus stop two stops from Sorrento so you can get into town quickly/cheaply. The bus runs every 15-20m. Very nice friendly staff and a beautiful view/oceanfront, with walkable rocks/mini 4’ “cliffs” to jump off and a charming breakfast.

This has to be the worst hotel i ever stayed. I wasnt told that but, you have to park away from the property in the woods in the mud. Then call the hotel for a pick up(which i wasnt told) the food is in a restaurant that ran out of food.

Dear customer we are sorry that you did not like your stay. On the website it is indicated that the hotel is directly on the beach and that we have shuttle service to the parking, so it is not possible to leave the car near the hotel.

Joli petite station balnéaire juste à côté de Sorrento. Excursions à la journée en bateau dans les îles et les villages de la côte Amalfitaine. Un bon plan. Parking gratuit au-dessus du village. Quelqu'un de l'hôtel fait la navette. Agréable pour se reposer quelques jours. C'est tout petit avec quelques resto sympathiques. Seul bémol, le buffet du petit-déjeuner, que de l'industriel, domage.

45 min waiting for some coldcuts, same food everyday for 5 days , old donuts, mozzarella slices and mortadela, and some Cereals , nothing more. They charge you for everything, a small omelet is overpriced, better find other place to eat .

This is a small local hotel in a remote bay outside of Sorrento. Very difficult to find, quite remote parking and not much English spoken. Its on the beach but you will have to pay for the sun beds. No information for travellers in reception or the rooms

Amazing location. Amazing for a short getaway if you dont want to explore. You have everything you need there, and you dont need to move. If you are looking to explore, hire a car and there is car parking, and the hotel them offer a "shuttle" which is a hotel man in a small car. Pretty funny experience. The hotel is based around restaurants, but no mini shop to get snacks. The only other thing is, that the rooms didnt come with a kettle which we wouldve loved to have our morning teas. Otherwise clean and friendly! We will definitely visit again!!!

Overall a good stay! Service was great. Location is wonderful-right on the beach and a 15 min drive to Sorrento. Has access to lounge chairs and umbrellas. The marina nearby provides access to boat rentals, excursions to Capri, Positano, etc. Since the hotel is down by the beach, the parking is situated at the top and you would have to be shuttled to the hotel. It’s a quick 2 min drive and the shuttle service is available until 12:00 a.m. The restaurant below La Tavernatta was fabulous. Great service, great food, great ambiance! We ate there every night during our stay. It’s a really cute beach but I would recommend that they try to clean it once in awhile (too many cigarette butts).
