The hotel is located across the street from the beach and is close to all restaurants and bars. Great pool and outside restaurant area. The only this to complain is that the rooms are very old and need an upgrade.

Für ein 4 Stern Hotel sind die Zimmer ab abgerockt
Für ein 4 Stern Hotel recht unsauber, auch an der Bar keine Auswahl, kein Proseco oder Aperospritz beim Weiss Wein gab es nur eine angefangene Flasche dan war schluss mit Weisswein. Was wirchlich top ist, ist das Frustück !

You need a sleeping pill to sleep and the next morning a Voltaren tablet to endure the pain ... the beds were so bad and the mattresses saggy ... breakfast, everything was very cheap and presented with so little enthusiasm .. Service rather rude ... the staff hardly spoke and seemed to be absent and they neither greeted us nor wished us a good trip when we checked out, they did not ask if everything was alright ... the best thing about the hotel is the location and everything else is inferior ... it smelled old and unpleasant ... ok for the high price for two nights, but never again

Durchreise von Spanien
Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Spanien und die beiden Übernachtungen haben uns gut getan. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und zu Fuß ist man auch schnell im Zentrum. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Super Lage und gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältniss
Seit Dezember ist das Maritim Subur nicht mehr bei Best Western. Das Hotel ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber grundsätzlich sehr gut in Schuss. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und bieten fast alle irgendwie einen Blick auf das Meer (selbst 1. OG mit Blick zur Seite). Die Betten sind ausgesprochen bequem für Spanien! Ich habe selten eine so gute Matratze in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erlebt. Wer es gerne etwas weicher hat, ist hier richtig (damit meine ich nicht durchgelegen). Auch hat man jetzt endlich diese billigen "Pferdedecken" abgeschafft und bietet stattdessen eine mit Kunstfasern gefüllte Decke an, die ein angenehmes Schlafgefühl vermittelt. Das Frühstück ist grundsätzlich ok für 12,- EUR. Allerdings wurde ab 10:00 Uhr nichts mehr aufgefüllt und wir hatten den vollen Preis zu zahlen für leere Platten. Lediglich das Brot wurde auf Nachfrage noch einmal aufgefüllt.

Tres content de notre choix hôtel très bien situé à 10mn à pied du centre le parking y est gratuit ainsi que la présence de nos chiens qui sont les bienvenus.Hôtel nickel a part quelques petits défauts(fraîcheur de l établissements)qui sont oubliés grâce à l amabilité du personnel,l emplacement,la propreté,la qualité du petit déjeuner.Nous ´ hésiterons pas lors de notre prochain passage à sitges à revenir à subur maritim.Un grand merci à l ensemble du personnel pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse

It certainly wasn’t safe Had my bag with EVERYTHING in it within half an hour of arriving at hotel from around the pool area. As none of our rooms were ready ( I understand it was before 2pm) we had to keep all our things of value with us. My bag was taken off a sun lounger next to me with all of my valuable items in! Certainly put a damper on the holiday

Great hotel in a fantastic position. Walkable to everything and just across the road from the beach. Staff super helpful. Everything very clean. Also totally,loved Marga the fabulous yoga teacher. Not sure why some people gave it less than good reviews - we absolutely loved it!

Excellent séjour sauf les portes qui font beaucoup
Excellent séjour personnel très agréable, déco sympa, petits déjeuners copieux et bons, gros bémol les portes qui font beaucoup de bruit en se refermant c’est dommage car il n’y a que cela qui pose problème

The entire staff was so nice and the hotel is beautiful and is in a nice residential neighborhood, right on the beach! About a 12 minute walk to the restaurants and shopping. It is very peaceful and so much fun to walk up and down the boardwalk any time of day. The breakfast spread was awesome and delicious!! Can’t say one thing negative! I had the best three nights there, slept like a baby and cried like a baby when it was time to leave!
