The Marriott AC units run on a green program to conserve energy, The AC and will automatically shut off if the balcony door is open. Even if there is a hairline crack, it will trigger the mechanism. The AC also functions on a sensor, if movement is not detected in the room, it will also enter energy mode. We strive to hold our units to the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards. Our housekeeping stores multiple sheet sets in our condos inventory and they are washed, sanitized, and changed after every guest. As mentioned by email, our mattress is provided by the same hotel supply company as Marriott and has been replaced within the last 18-24 months. Our minimum temperature that our thermostats are set to is 65 degrees. To avoid the coils from freezing and causing damage to the machine, the A/C auto generates the temp from dropping below 65 degrees. Unfortunately, as the booking company, we do not have the authority to override the machine’s manufacturing presets. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we are happy to confirm that the AC was functioning efficiently during your stay. We are also happy to report that upon notice of the toilet not working properly for you, our maintenance team was able to address this for you in a very timely manner. Lastly, I do want to confirm that your accurate reservation dates were provided to the Marriott front desk. We apologize on Marriott's behalf for the one-time glitch in their system. However, we ensured that your correct reservation dates in their system and mitigated this from further happening for the remainder of your stay. All of our condos have been recently upgraded to the last 18-20 months to the latest Marriott interiors. Upon reviewing your guest file, we do not have any communications or call requesting maintenance or housekeeping services for your stay. We do have a full time housekeeping and maintenance staff who are happy to address any and all guests' needs immediately. You have access to the beach, as all Florida beaches are open to the public. However, there is a specific area for those surfside rentals that provide a food and beverage service. For guests (regardless of renting through Marriott or a private owner) who have their own beach chairs, they may ask you to sit either to the left or right of the service area to avoid disruption and safety purposes. You are also welcome to take advantage of this service area through Marriott! However, we provide our guests with four beach chairs and a large umbrella in your unit for your savings and convenience.  We always look to exceed guest expectations and hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Singer Island.

For future, we do include in-unit wifi, should you incur any in-unit wifi fee we ask that you send you bill to us directly and we reimburse this cost to the card on file. We do have full time housekeeping and maintenance staff although we do not have any cleaning complaints (calls or messages on file). We would have certainly been happy to correct and rectify any issues should we have been made aware. At your discounted nightly rate you selected upon check out, daily housekeeping is not include for yours savings as detailed on the booking page. We could have certainly arrange this service for you should it have been brought to our attention during your stay. We do offer daily housekeeping a la carte for your savings and convenience when guests book at the discounted rate. I do understand your requested a room change after a challenge with the a/c presented itself rather than wait for the issue to become rectified by engineering. We offered the room change as a curtesy which was presented acceptable by the guest.
