We thank you for the feedback. As you know yet we made significant investments and improvements since January 2019 with the main objective to provide all the comfort for guests. Therefore, the feedback received from staying guests has been so positive that the Villa is top of all the enquiries in our villas selection for 2020 and 2021 resulting in bookings. Regarding the “slight improvements” you write, they have never been mentioned by guests, who almost all of them are large families with children It has been one of our policies in all our villas selection to note all suggestions of guests, including the small ones, and put them in practice. This has been part of our success. The next improvements at the Villa and in particular in the pool area will be a water slide and more toys and games. As to the check-in, you knew by email sent on 12 August that your arrival time was extended without any cost on your side from 4 to 8 pm. However, your final arrival was at 9 pm without any communication from your side for the new extra delay. I remind you that you have paid nothing but I have had to pay an extra wage to our employee for your extra time at the check-in. On the whole, it has been a please to have your group as guests but you should have pondered that unusual situation of the extra time and not be too demanding for minor issues after the effort we made and the discounts you had in the requested services.
