Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt unter den Redwoods, ab und zu schaute ein Kolibri vorbei. Abends Barbecue. Super nette und absolut hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir kommen absolut gerne wieder!!“

We had two family members staying with us, and we had other family members gather with us in the evenings, which provided the opportunity to reconnect and begin the healing process. It was comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom home. We also appreciated the laundry room, so we could come home with clean clothes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. „We needed a place to call home base for a few nights while traveling through CA with our kids to sleep and do laundry. Had no issues at all with the owner/manager or check-in process. There were some essential items missing like toaster, wine opener, and extra blankets but there were items there we weren't expecting like full size shower items. „1. Trouble accessing lockbox. Owner was available to talk me thru it. More instructions needed, as not all lockboxes work the same way 2. No heat! With 40’s temp, I was very cold and the heater did not work. After another phone call to the owner, discovered fuse for unit had been turned off. 3. Coffee makers but no coffee!“

„Host double booked on VRBO and other major house sharing platform. I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. They basically told me I could not stay and it was their fault it was double booked. I had to rebook at a hotel at double price because it was a busy weekend. VRBO sucked in helping. Beware.
