Lalezar und das brasilianische Restaurant waren hervorragend. die anderen a la cart Restaurant waren gut. beim offenen buffet könnte das Personal sauberer und schneller sein. Das offene Buffet war auch sehr lecker. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

Rixos Seagate das TOP 5-Sterne Hotel
Wir sind weltweit sehr viel gereist. Einen so hohen Service-und Qualitäts-Level haben wir in einem 5-Sterne Hotel noch nicht gesehen. Das Personal ist sehr gut ausgebildet, aufmerksam, überaus freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Das Management führt das Hotel äusserst professionell und mit sehr viel Engagement. Dies wirkt sich sehr positiv bis ins kleinste Detail aus! Das Essen ist traumhaft gut und auf internationalem Niveau. Ausser dem Hauptrestaurant Turquoise haben wir mit der Ultra-All-Inclusive Paket auch die a' la Carte-Restaurants genutzt. Die Essensqualität und Servicelevel waren spitzenmässig. Die Innenarchitektur der Restaurants ist einmalig schön und gemütlich. Die Anlage und Pools sind sehr grosszügig angelegt und in einem top Zustand. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmerreinigung war 'best ever seen'. Zum Tauchen wurden wir kostenlos mit dem Shuttle der Tauchstation Sinai Blues (Four Seasons Hotel) abgeholt und zu den schönsten Tauch- und Schnorchelplätzen gebracht. Mit dem Speedboat und dem grossen Boot "Virginia" unterwegs oder einfach nur am Hausriff bei der Tauchstation geblieben. Die anderen 2 angebotenen Tauchstationen getestet, nur Sinai Blues hat 5-Sterne-Level. Abends wurden wir wieder ins Hotel Rixos Seagate gebracht und das Hotel sehr genossen. Beide Wellnessanlagen (gemischt oder Ladies SPA) sind äusserst empfehlenswert. Zusammengefasst: der beste Urlaub den wir je hatten! Fluglinie: Meridiana aus Mailand

Booked junior suite , very spacious room , Very well maintained, multiple pools , nice water park , very professional and helpful staff members . A premium reprt but we found we were often forgotten or not taken care of enough. There was some African conference going on and these business people took so much more priority over holidaying guests which was really dissapointing. Room balcony door kept making noise. Resort is lovely, kids club lovely, food was really good including entertainment but overall we felt let down by the service.

Over all great resort. It was difficult reserving table in the different restaurants, we received a notice that it is full were in fact the restaurants were almost empty. Only after approaching the management we were able to book a table.

The best All Inclusive I've been to so far
Everything is superb. The good: Almost everything. The service is unparalleled. Although there is some language barrier when asking for something, the staff will go to any lengths to please you. Food: food is very good, particularly desserts, where they excel. If you have some food restrictions they won't stop until you're happy. Rooms: we got an upgrade to junior suites. Truly amazing. Spacious and with every detail you may expect from the highest of standards. Osama was a true artist when it came to make our rooms. Swimming pool: the biggest one is just too cold, but there are other 2 or 3 that are swimmable and where there is daily entertainment. Drinks: if this is why you came here you won't be disappointed. Beach: at least at this time of the year there is no way you could swim anywhere. There is a very long pier where you can take long walks and enjoy the view though Staff: will do everything to make you happy. Mohamed Hosny at the turquoise was always waiting for us to tell the chef what we would eat that day. The bad: Making reservations for a la carte is very tricky. If you're willing to make a Soviet-style line to beg for reservations 2 or 3 days in advance it may make sense, not for me. We basically ended up not having any meal in any of the luxurious restaurants.

Tesis bir çok konuda mükemmel. Sadece, konum olarak denizi beklentiye yeterince cevap vermeyebilir, ayrıca alakart restaurantlarda servis daha hızlı olabilir. Otel dışında, Havalimanı görevlilerinin yaklaşımları çok kaba , yolculara daha saygılı olmalılar.
