Unser Zimmer wurde auf Nachfrage auf ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf Pudong geändert. Die minibar war bei Ankunft gefüllt und kostenlos nutzbar. Es gab kostenlos Wasser, das man sich immer mitnehmen durfte. Es gab auch Wasser zum Zähneputzen. Die Executive Lounge war wirklich sehr schön gemacht. Die Cocktail Happy Hour könnte längere Zeiten haben 😉 war immer zur Abendessenzeit (18-20Uhr). Es waren alle super freundlich und die Metrostation ist wirklich ein paar Meter nebendran.

Sehr gute Lage
Hotel ist sehr gute gelegen. Was man aber sieht, dass gewisse Erneuerungen nötig wären. Sonst aber tiptop und ein super Raumservice.

Long time stay
I made here my +7 days quarantine and it was very convienent. The Check-in was very efficient, even they have to control all my documents from the past travel history. I booked here the Junior suite, the room was big and very clean, the room cleaning excellent. I could relax here and do soem work, before I have to leave to the factories for the real work. I would like to come back here again, the location is very good just next to the Nanjing East road and the MRT station is just a few minutes walking distance. The brakfast was okay, not very special, but good enough and I booked the room service, the delivery was quite fast and the food was very good and still warm.

Good, but a bit disappointed!
The room was perfect. It faced to the bund and we could see the Oriental Pearl Radio and TV Tower. It was clean and big. The breakfast was good. The hotel is located on Nanjing East Road. There are my shops and restaurants on this street. You can go to the Bund about 1.5km on foot. The Metro(Nanjing East Road)is near to the hotel and you can take the metro to (Lujiazui, which is near to the Oriental Pearl Radio and TV Tower). Everything was almost perfect. We weren‘t satisfied when we wanted to checkout zhe room. The staff did his job and told us we could go. We were a bit confused and I asked him: how about the deposit, RMB1500? He just answered „OH“ and went to take our document and did the refund to us. I mean: if I hadn‘t asked him, wouldn‘t he wanted to return the deposit to me???? And I found out they „RESERVED“ 2 times RMB1500, which mean RMB 3000, not only RMB1500. No apology!!! If he hadn‘t have done this mistake, I would have given this hotel 5 Stars!

Internet gut. Bei Clubzimmer werden im Club werden Frühstück und abends von 18 bis 20 zur Happy Hour (Snacks, Drinks) angeboten. Täglicher Bettwäschewechsel. Direkt an Fußgängerzone Nanjing Road. Metro in der Nähe. Minus: Minibar und Tea/Kaffeebeutel werden nicht jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Manchmal fehlten ausreichend Zangen etc. auf dem Buffet im Club.

Durchschnittliches Hotel in guter Lage.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und bietet somit einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt fussläufig, sowie mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind vom Komfort sehr durchschnittlich und etwas veraltet. Der Spa Bereich ist enttäuschend und sehr heruntergekommen.

This hotel is simply great. Rooms are super clean, modern and quiet. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary with many options to chose from. I had a room upgrade because of my status in Expedia and they gave me a room with a great view to the Bund a bottle of wine. Location is excellent mid Nanjing Road so you can take walks anytime you like, shopping and close to metro station East Nanjing Rd - so you can move anywhere with ease. This was previously the Sofitel Hotel but I think now its even better. Staff super friendly. I extended my stay in Shanghai in this specific hotel (had other options) for the reasons mentioned above. Will definitely come back!

Good hotel, very well located, comfortable and all around good. Nice breakfast. Daily cleankng in our room was lacking but otherwise it was a good stay
