Wir fanden in unserem Zimmer leider ein Bett mit benutzten, fleckigen Laken vor. Eklig! Nach Anruf bei der Rezeption bekamen wir sofort ein anderes, höhenwertiges Zimmer. Das Hotel ist etwas abgewohnt und fleckig, das Personal aber nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage: ein Industriegebiet an der Autobahn (laut!), aber in Flughafen-Nähe. Dafür hatten wir es gebucht. Für Florenz-Tourismus ist das Haus total ungeeignet.

Saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten, im Bad alles was man braucht sogar Rasierer und Zahnbürsten mit Zahnpasta auch das Frühstück war gut jedoch Corona bedingt etwas umständlich mit direkt Bestellung bei einem Mitarbeiter.

-The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable -Clean room but bathroom was not up to the mark. There were marks on the WC. -Breakfast was plenty and it was good. -It has a Tesla Super charger so very convenient to stay there if you are a Tesla owner.

Top für Familien: Pool, Spielareal und Shuttlebus direkt zum Hauptbahnhof. Haben als Familie zu viert eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Hotel ist schon etwas abgewohnt, aber ok und sauber. Lage am Flughafen ist verkehrsmäßig recht günstig, Gratis-Parkplätze vorhanden. Hotel bietet auch Gratis-Shuttle in die Stadt zu fixen Zeiten an. Aber auch mit dem eigenen Auto nur rund 20min Fahrzeit. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Novotel. Man spart leider beim Service, im Restaurant wird kaum Englisch verstanden. Die Zimmer sind zwar geräumig, aber benötigen mal eine Renovierung. Die Betten sind schon arg durchgelegen, das Bad ist nicht sonderlich komfortabel. Novotel kann das eigentlich besser !

Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz
Für uns (Familie mit 2 Kindern) war dieses Hotel ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz und Fiesole. Das Hotel (mit gewohnten Novotel-Standard) ist verkehrsgünstig in Autobahnnähe gelegen und bietet einen Shuttlebus nach Florenz an. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet (Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee, kostenloses WLAN, Bidet). Unser Zimmer lag zum U-förmigen Innenhof in dem diverse Klimaanlagen oder ähnliche Krachmacher ihren Dienst verrichteten. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war davon aber nichts zu hören. Wir würden das Hotel für einen weitern Aufenthalt in Florenz wahrscheinlich wieder wählen.

We chose the hotel for its convenience to rent car return and airport for early departure. The desk staff were excellent, giving us a room prior to official check-in time. The dining could have been a bit better but it was okay for our purposes. On the second floor there was noticeable street noise even though we checked that the window was closed and locked.

For a 4-star hotel amenities very limited. Bed is not comfortable. Power keeps turning off in room. Sheets were so worn out they had holes. Another sheet was stained. Hair dryer weak. Shower stall is streaked black. No conditioner or lotion. Breakfast buffet very basic. Very disappointed by this property. Staff was pleasant though.

We booked two rooms and were lucky to get them opposite each other. Very nice bathrooms and the beds were really comfortable to sleep in. The rooms were spacious and with all the amenities that we needed, for instance, it came with a fridge and a safe. The staff were really helpful and gave some great advice on where to park and get the tram into Florence. They also gave other recommendations to day trips that really paid off. We would definitely come back to this hotel as at exceeded our expectations.
