The stay was great. Very clean, very helpful host. Not too much places to eat in the area though, apart from kebab place, or at least we could not find any. we had to travel towards the centre to find the pasta restaurant 😅 have the best ice cream shop round the corner though. But the hotel itself very lovely, very clean and nice to stay with a great host.

Qualità e prezzo , palazzina vecchia ma bene tenuta. Stanza pulita, bagno grande e pulitissimo.Proprietara gentile e disponibile. Nota negativa, vicini di stanza non silenziosi che dovevano prendere l'areo alle 4 per cui ci han svegliato per il resto consiglio. Colazione a oagamento

Great little B&B 1 train stop from Bergamo. Huge patio great for an afternoon drink and to hang out washing. Fridge for use. Breakfast available at additional cost.

Worked well for one night
A cheap B&B that worked well when we finally managed to enter the place in the middle of the night (we got wrong code). Close to bus station. Breakfast for 5€.

Brilliant stay would definitely come back! and really helpful, lovely and kind host :) For the price the property was well equipped with a private bathroom and air conditioning in the room. There is also a mini kitchen and dining room where you can prepare food and store things in the fridge if needed. There is also a huge Terrace to enjoy when the weather is nice.

Admiração e agradecimento a proprietaria, Sonia
Tivemos uma experiência bem diferente, atrasamos para o checkin e chegamos de madrugada com dificuldades de conseguir Uber ou táxi aquela hora, a proprietária Sônia num gesto, de consideração e generosidade foi nos buscar onde estávamos e no dia seguinte nos deixou no aeroporto. Gratidão Sônia, jamais esqueceremos.

Siamo rimasti molto contenti e soddisfatti.
Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, camera e bagno impeccabili , assistenze e cortesia davvero eccellenti. Molto vicino all' Aeroporto di Orio al serio. Parcheggio privato che non è scontato. Davvero molto soddisfatto.

La struttura era comoda e pulita. La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Trovo ottima la posizione per chi deve partire la mattina presto dall'aeroporto di Bergamo. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dal parcheggio privato a disposizione degli ospiti, non è sempre così ovvio averlo. Lo consiglio..

Be aware of small independent hotels in Italy
I had an awful experience with the booking agent and hotel owner. The room wasn’t available for check-in as soon as I booked it, so I asked for a refund. The booking website customer service was awful. They couldn’t reach the owner by phone to approve the refund. So they will leave you with a room you paid for and can’t use. You would think if they can’t reach the hotel to find out why you’re not allowed to check-in, they would let you cancel. Nope. I even made a new booking for the same night thinking that might help my case. They could care less. I spent 90+ mins on chat to try to solve the issue. They finally created a “case” to look into it but emailed me back fairly quickly saying sorry we can’t contact the hotel but you have to pay for the room still. I even emailed them my messages with the hotel, plus the emails via the booking agent from the hotel denied my check-in too. I had ample proof! When I finally threatened to contact the Italian authorities, the hotel approved my refund. I would suggest always pay with a bank card that you know will have your back. It’s so sad you can’t trust anyone these days.

At first glance, you might wonder, but it was a lovely place to stay. We were greeted by the owner, who was lovely. She was careful about safety and hygiene. The room was spotless and comfortable. The AC worked well and there was a free parking spot. You can have pizza delivered and the free breakfast was fair, which you could have on the balcony. For the price, it was a great value. If we come back to Bergamo, we will stay here again.

Buongiorno, i climatizzatori sono stati spenti perché la temperatura a Bergamo era scesa a 12 gradi la notte, gli ospiti dell altra camera mi hanno confermato che sono stati benissimo, comunque mi dispiace se non vi siete trovati bene.
