„Beautiful views are added to the many sitting spaces. Within walking distance of hikes (Soldiers Pass, Seven Sacred Pools). Also very close to uptown shopping. Nice quiet, serene neighborhood with amazing landscaping. The teens said it seemed like a resort because there were so many places to spread out around the house and property. The pool table and air hockey were fun, too.“

„The house was very nice. It was roomy for my family. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work and was dirty. I’m not sure what was wrong with it. I highly recommend this house. It was in a beautiful location and convenient location with a grocery store and coffee places.“

„This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable home with plenty of room. The location is amazing with a terrific hike to “Coffee Pot mountain” within a short five minute walk to the trailhead. Great views from the patio, five minutes to grocery stores, a very nice kitchen and a big gas grill. I would definitely stay here again - without any hesitation.“

„Beautiful home with great views and close enough to quickly drive into town or even walk if desired. Enjoyed coffee on the deck and a nice place to hang with family in the living room. The management company is a bit aggressive with the numerous texts/emails about upselling early checkin/late checkout and threats to charge an additional half day rent if you’re still there at 10:01 am, but I guess that’s just part of trying to turn a lot of properties quickly. „Cleanliness, decor, and location of this property were all terrific. The management company was very responsive when we had trouble using the door code. They answered our call immediately and instantly resolved the problem. The home is down a hill, so even though it is in the heart of Sedona it feels secluded. „Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem gut ausgestattetem und ruhigem Haus. Das Haus war bei unserer späten Ankunft geheizt und gut beleuchtet Den Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt, da es uns dafür zu kalt war. Wir waren Mitte November dort und hatten abends immer die Heizung an. Wahrscheinlich braucht man später im Winter zusätzlich die vorhandenen Heizlüfter. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.“

„Wir haben insgesamt 7 Tage dort verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist in gutem Zustand. Die Studios sind sehr ansprechend und großzügig angelegt. Wir haben täglich ausgiebig die Hiking Trails erkundet und uns anschließend am Whirlpool und Pool erholt. Abends bereiteten wir uns mehrfach Steaks auf den bereitstehenden BBQ Grills zu. Ganz besonderen Dank an Tracy und Gary für die super freundliche Hilfe, wir kommen wieder! “

„Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem schön und gemütlich. Guest laundry war kostenlos. Es gab einen Wäschekorb im Zimmer mit Waschmittel und trocknertüchern. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Sollten wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen werden wir es wieder buchen. Vor allem wenn man mit 2 Pärchen reist und den Bungalow mit zwei Schlafzimmern bucht ist das Resort ideal, da das zweite Schlafzimmer in einem eigenen Gebäude liegt und ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. “
