The lobby was nice , but we were on the first floor in the very back of the building and the smell in the hallway was atrocious. I could not pinpoint if it was a water damage smell they did not fix, or what. Thankfully, the rooms did not smell. Also, the hallways were really rundown and marred up, but again the room was much better and very clean. Parking lot was torn up so looked pretty ghetto, pool and jacuzzi were outside and out of season, but still nasty with algae. Alright for $100 and someplace to lay your head.

Overall, place was pretty gross. Carpet in the room was so dingy and nasty, i had to wear shoes the whole time i was in there. The smell was ridden of chemical cleaners and i had to air out the room for half a day before i could go back in there to sleep at night. Even with the room aired out, the smells were endless and gross. The best part was the gym. They had some newer equiptment and a sauna that was cleaner than the room i stayed in - the sauna was still used. Lol. Would not stay again, made the best of what i could.

Drug smell, no hot breakfast as advertised upon booking, unclean floor in room, yellow stained shower wall,unclear TV, bugs.people above walking casually could hear there every move from there creaking floor above us . Dirty dilapidated hot tub. The Riverview room that sounded so exquisite upon booking, turned out to be a view of a partial River swamp with overgrown blackberry bushes climbing up the walls.

Friendly nice front office staff. Liked that they have a free shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Nice comfortable bed and got hot shower. Only wished they had restaurant on grounds.

The hotel is OLD and outdated. Clean yes but limited room cleaning. The restaurant next door was good and lively. Not sure I would stay at this hotel in the future. Needs to be demolished and a new hotel built.

They didn’t have a bath mat in the bathroom when we arrived, and on departure they tried to charge us $25 for the missing item. It wasn’t ever in the hotel.

Staff was very accommodating and made sure my adult grandson, who I was visiting there, could get access to the room since I would be arriving there late. The only issue was the bottom of the tub seemed to have water under the liner. Felt like standing on a fun jump whole showering. Otherwise an excellent place to stay.

It was good for an older building, Toilet seemed to like to run every few minutes, and the tv had some lag time between pushing the button on the remote so probably needed new batteries but I didn't bring it to staffs attention because I just wanted to relax, other than that the room was clean, shower worked good. Part of the parking lot was blocked off but had the police camera out there and no one messed with my rental so all was good. Looks like a new little casino it gearing to open right on the premise.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the shuttle picked us up from the airport, took us to and from the mall and even dropped us to the Amtrak station. Call before to confirm shuttle times, they only run once an hour.

It’s a dive. Hardly got any sleep due to the people above us and people walking in the hall; this place is not noise proof at all. It’s old and all furniture needs to be updated. Unsafe.

This is our second stay at this location in the last four weeks. Check-in was easy and staff was pleasant. The room was clean. Breakfast was a bit skimpy but filling. My only “complaint “ is that they always put us in a room WAY down the hall from the lobby. It feels like we have to walk a mile! Will definitely go back.
