Hotel liegt weit außerhalb,durch sehr guten Shuttle aber kein Problem.

Ist schon ein bisschen im älteren Zustand, Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig! Sehr Laut,gleich neben eine Highway, und die Fenster sind nicht wirklich hilfreich wenn die geschlossen sind,Mann hört trotzdem alles!

Etwas abgelegenes Hotel
Wir hatten eine große Suite mit praktischer Aufteilung.Der Frühstücksraum ist für das große Hotel sehr klein. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Klassisches Larkspur Landing Hotel. Wir haben es für eine Nacht bewohnt und es war Ok .Mit Navi gut zu erreichen ca. 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt.

Service ist ein Fremdwort
Nach einer Anreise von 22h aus Deutschland denkt man ins Bett fallen zu können. Trotz Reservierung 7 Monate zuvor waren die 5 reservierten Zimmer nicht wie vereinbart tz 13h fertig und auch nicht zu 15h. Ab 18h dann konnte man schlafen gehen.Ein Management ist nicht vor Ort!! Hilfskraft an der Reception völlig überfordert, und nicht handlungsfähig.

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Nähe zum Flughafen ist toll, aber ansonsten ist man von allem sehr weit weg. Wer außer dem Frühstück im Hotel etwas essen möchte, muss fahren. Es gibt einen Hotlshuttle bis 5km. Nachtruhe? Für uns kaum möglich! In unserem Zimmer 337 waren die Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank sehr laut und aufgrund der Wärme häufig in betrieb. Auf dem Highway 405 war Rund um die Uhr die Hölle los. LKW und Motorräder fuhren gefühlt unter dem Fenster hindurch. Wir hatten wohl Belegungspech und recht unruhige Nächte. Die Qualität, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals waren aber absolut in Ordnung.

Dear Woschu, I am sorry to hear of all the noise that kept you awake at night. While unfortunately I can not move 405, I did have my maintenance man repair the fridge and the A/C to keep the room a little quieter. If you should return to the hotel, ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. It will help to reduce the road noise. Thank you for your comments. Regards, Thomas Hughes General Manager

Familienfreundliches Hotel ausserhalb von Seattle
Das Hotel ist in Renton am Rand von Seattle gelegen und am besten mit Auto erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist trotz Straßenverkehr verhältnismäßig ruhig. Bis zum Flughafen sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit Auto. Bis Seattle sind es ca. 15 km, die gut und preiswert mit der Light Rail zu erreichen sind. Ein kostenloser Shuttle bringt jeden bis zur nächst gelegenen Station Tukwilla bzw. International Airport (SEA), von dem ich nach Seattle Downtown gefahren bin.

The room stank of urine , I complained and they promised to have the manager call me - they didn’t do so .. breakfast just a joke , zero cooked food only 2 tables !!! Dirty , broken , foul .. an awful experience

Great staff, room are clean and spacious. The area is safe and plenty of parking. The so call breakfast is not what I was expecting, is just bag pastries, cereal, and yogurt. I was expecting a hot breakfast. But it’s ok for some travelers.

The separate living room was nice, and kitchen. Not a new building, the furniture was old but the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and shuttle to and from airport were a big help since I don’t like to drive in heavy city traffic.

Poor check in! Room wasn't ready at 3 pm. The room had broken sink faucet, aircon in the room was out of order and we were given a dirty fan instead( we were not told that it was broken upon check in). The lady that checked us in was on the phone chatting while we were waiting to be checked in (she did this to me 2x. The 2nd one was when I went down to complain about the keys. And please review the cameras so you the management will know how she is at work. She told me to wait without even apologizing, because she was on the phone everytime we go to the front desk). A guy knocked on our room non stop at 1030 pm after we didn't answer the multiple phone calls because we were sleeping at that time already .he woke us up only to give an electric fan when we have one already one in the room that they gave when we checked in. We put the request card on the door knob to clean our room but the cleaners didn't not go to clean. When we brought it to their attention we were told that they are still on pandemic mode of operation and that it has to be requested from the office if we want cleaning of the room. why give us the cards ?why they didn't tell us upon check in?! Lastly there was no sofa bed beddings and pillows readily vailable i had to come down again for the nth time to request. Towels were only good for 3 when we were 4 that checked in. Sofa bed is terrible! Mattress is so thin that i could feel the spings on my back. It is not very comfortable to sleep in.

This place is amazing! Its very quiet, comfortable, and has all the amenities one would need when staying somewhere. I loved that there was a full fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The rooms were quiet and stayed cool, and they have on-site parking. For the price, this place has everything you could want or need, and then some.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated, but more than adequate and well equipped for a longer stay. Plenty of snacks and breakfast type food available. Room was clean, but some hallways could use a scrubbing and some areas would benefit from new flooring/ new carpets. Good location and good value for the money, would go back there.
