Zimmer war dreckig und roch nach Raucherzimmer; nur grob sauber gemacht. Tierkot in der Ecke. Nachts lief eine Kakerlake an der Wand entlang. Zweimal in der Nacht wurde laut an unsere Zimmertür geklopft. Pool war OK.

Desk staff was extremely rude, very dismissive, argumentative and even tried to cancel my reservation that I paid for without verifying all of my information. After that he gave me a room that obviously the AC didn’t work. Soon as we entered the room it felt like an oven. The room never cooled down, and the following morning when we asked for to be compensated for the discomfort , the desk person continued to be argumentative and ended it by saying they would see what they could do and would call On the following Monday… nothing has been done yet… 0 out of 10… I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO A DOG

Please don’t stay… this is a place that teaches u going cheap is not always the best option. No words can explain how disgusting this place is. Even after taking shower I still felt dirty. U don’t want to touch anything in here. Health department should really be called. I don’t understand how this place is staying open. Owners have no respect or pride in this place. I think streets are cleaner than these rooms. Stinks like garage dumpster. Please look at pictures and spend a few more dollars and book a better place. I guarantee you will not be happy here.

I have photos that I wish I could share. The smoke detector was hanging by the wires from the wall, the carpet had black stains in all the walkways in the room. The lamp shades were smudged with water looking stains and nicotine. There was a huge bubble in the ceiling above the bed, the bathroom and about a 3x3 area of water damage. The only good part was the spread and sheets were clean. I’ve stayed in a lot of rooms! This ranks the worst! It is as room 112. Thats the only room I can attest to. The rest may be in pristine condition. I dont usually write reviews, but someone needed to make a record of this. It was awful.

What a disgusting place. I have been to a lot of LaQuinta Inns over the years and have always enjoyed the stay. This place was absolutely appalling. The room was disgusting and stunk like stale weed. The carpet looked like there had been cattle corralled in there at some point and even a nice fist sized hole in the wall. The swimming pool was so disgusting looking I refused to let my kids get near it. It seriously had algae growing in it and was so murky looking it looked like swamp water. The other guests were incredibly loud and the front desk refused to do anything about people loudly partying at 3am. I had people knocking on my door trying to buy drugs on two occasions during my stay and it’s obvious why they require you to pay for your stay up-front, no refunds. STAY AWAY!

The place was so dirty, there was literal feces on the tub, broken furniture, and dirty sheets and pillows. We were given a second room after Expedia called and it was even worse. I am still upset I will not be allow d a full refund and I even paired extra for insurance and since this space is a bio hazard it should have granted a full refund. But the front desk guy was rude, didn't care, was not apologetic, and even ignored the calls from Expedia who was called back the second time when the second room didn't work out. This place is unsafe and uninhabitable.

RUN!!!! Run from this place! I wish I could post pictures! The carpet looks like theyve been running a daycare for dogs and toddlers for years and never cleaned it one time, ever! It was clawed away from the thresh holds. Mold overgrowing on the vents to the AC. And I can't even describe the smell. Please, please do not make the same mistake I did by booking this room.

We asked if the rooms were clean prior to checking in. The front desk clerk responded, “It’s not the Marriott. We were given a smoking room, then another room that was filthy. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.

Thé staff did not care about us, about the cleanliness, the heavy cigarette smoke, about all the night activity around the parking. Car stoping by with people coming out and looking inside other car with flashlight,about the fact that the police came few times during the night. We left before the end of our stay. We weren’t able to sleep during the first night if our stay. We will make a official complaint to La Quinta inn. We can believe that the direction of that institution let that kind of conditions happen!

It wasn’t what l was expected, l requested two queen size beds happens to be a two full size bed, my husband its big so it was a nightmare sleeping there, honestly we didn’t showered at all, shower tub was so nasty, l didn’t had the guts to even stand in the tub! Then l requested two towels and l was told to go back to our room that someone will bring it over and no one ever did!!!

The location is great for shopping, dining and the roads lead to the historical district, and the I-95 highway. The facility is dirty, there was broken furnishings, stained bath tub, no clothes hangers and the walls need to be painted

The room was disgusting. Bugs crawling, dirty, dirty linens, and dirty toilet. Someone’s hair was all over the place. Cigarette buds inside the drawers. The rooms smelled like a chimney. Parties going on all night and people knocking on the door. I have a family of 4 and had to convince the front desk guy to give me two additional towels because there were only two. No hand soap. Floors were slimy and dirty. I will never stay at a Quinta again.
