Sehr gepflegtes Hotel direkt im Zentrum von Savannah in guter Gehdistanz zu riverside und dem historischen Bezirk . Sehr freundliches Personal - roof top pool zum entspannen. Frühstück sehr gut und mit gutem Service - jederzeit wieder

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal dort. Waren stets zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt immer genossen. Wir buchen stets ein Zimmer mit River-Blick, weil die Aussicht schon schön ist. Auch die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut. Leider war es dieses Mal nicht zufriedenstellend. Einer von zwei Fahrstühlen war defekt, dadurch war es bei 8 Etagen immer ein Geduldsspiel bis man mitfahren konnte. Auch mussten wir dieses Mal Erfahrung mit dem Feueralarm System machen. An zwei Tagen hintereinander jeweils um kurz nach Mitternacht ging dieser los. 7 Etagen zu Fuß runter, aber auch wieder zu Fuß hoch, da ja nur ein Fahrstuhl für alle die unten waren. Hoffen das diese Missstände behoben werden, Sodas man beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder dort unbeschwert Urlaub machen kann. Alles im allen ist das Hotels absolut empfehlenswert. Parkservice kostet 39$ pro Nacht oder selbst ins Parkhaus stellen.

Overall, good hotel. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was good - clean, comfy beds. I liked that there were plenty of drawers in the room for storage and also really handy to have a fridge & microwave in room. But the people across the hall from me were loud and I could hear quite a bit of their conversations. Also, I wish there was more storage in the bathroom - only 1 towel hook and 0 drawers in the bathroom made it difficult to unpack all my toiletries. Another plus though is that there was a cold water dispenser in the lobby.

Unfortunately, the reception staff were a little rude and inaccurate, particularly telling me my credit card was declined when I actually had a receipt and my incidental payments and already gone through so that makes up making me feel uncomfortable and we’re actually quite short and on check out I had a bill, but I had pre-paid so I had no expenses and they were telling me Not to worry about it but I wasn’t going to press a build it I had to pay for

The staff at this property were fantastic, from Abby at reception to CJ at valet. The concierge Mark was a lovely man, who helped us with dinner reservations and directions easily followed on the map he supplied. The hotel was in the historic district, walkable to all the sites and restaurants we planned to visit.

Nice hotel...very comfortable. Great location for access to River Street (literally right across the street) and walking distance to other parts of the Historic District. Hotel sits on a busy street, but road noise was very minimal in our room that was on the 2nd floor right above the busy street. Bed was super comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, fruit, and many bread options. Fridge and coffee maker in room. The Front Desk staff were all very nice and helpful. Extra bonus is the complimentary concierge that has a desk in the lobby. She was extremely helpful with setting us up with tours and showing us how to navigate the city on the map. Also gave us great recommendations for places to eat. I would stay here again.

The hotel’s location is excellent. You can walk easily to all sightseeing and slog the river. Go and see the plant and the area around. The hotel facilities are very good and there is coffee and tea available all day. The breakfast is not bad, a usual American breakfast with some eggs, pancakes, yogurt, fruits and sausages. There’s parking on streets if you don’t want to pay 40 bucks for the valet. Savannah’s city website makes it easy to pay on the phone via app.

Loved being in the middle of the historic district with a view of the river. River Street was just across the street with lots of shopping & restaurants. Definitely will return!

The service changed our towels but didn’t make our bed. The included breakfast was just ok. The meat was always cold. The pancake making machine was great.

We could see the River from the pool area on the roof. The view able us to see the large vessels that passed through. It was very interesting to view.

This hotel had the perfect location to all places to visit within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was nice, clean. Some things could be upgraded such as carpets and sound proof windows and balcony doors. We had a room with a balcony and even with the door closed the noise from the street was pretty loud. It didn’t bother us at all but I can definitely see how it could be pretty disturbing to other people. We could have used some small chairs for the balcony. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

Stayed on the 7th floor, room had a riverfront view ( paid extra for). Bathroom floor was horribly sticky and there was a used washcloth left in the bathroom.

Había que llamar todos los días para que fueran a limpiar la habitación, en la tiendita del hotel se terminó al agua el primer día y nunca repusieron, el servicio de valet parking además de caro muy malo hasta 30 min me tocó esperar por el vehículo, al final un Holiday Inn no se puede esperar más
