Wir haben 4 Tage im Hotel verbracht. Während der vier Tage wurden die Handtücher kein einziges Mal gewechselt, eine Reinigung erfolgte nicht.Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht schön.Das Hotel muss renoviert werden.Das Zimmer hatte große Betten, es war in Ordnung.Das Frühstück war köstlich.

I booked a handicap room but they claimed there wasn’t one available but I know on their website there was when I booked so we weren’t given the type of room we booked. Also the beds were hard as a rock! I’ve had back problems ever since we stayed! Never staying there again!!!

I showed up to check in at 11:30pm , there was a sign on the door that said with a customer be right back , door was locked , i waited for 30 minutes outside i also called the hotel 2 times got no answer , then a young lady came around the corner outside wearing flip flops , sweat pants and a white see through shirt with no bra while smoking and talking on her phone asked me do i need anything, i reluctantly said yes as i assumed she might be a lady of the night , only to find out that she was the hotel clerk i was visibly upset and my tone was as well. She then said whats your problem so i told her i had been waiting 30 minutes to check in and the sign is still up she said relax no need to be agitated. This women needs training on proper attire , behavior and overall understanding of customer service .

Usually I do not write reviews when the experience has not been good, but this time I think it is worth my time to let future visitors, management and owners know. I read only a few reviews and thought it was okay to book a room for just one night, I didn't think it was going to be a big deal. The smell of humidity and darkness in the room right when you enter was horrible, floors look like dirty. The bathtub was clogged and water will go right back with all kinds of dirt. We were so tired when we got back at night that I failed to report it. My parents and I could not sleep well. I thought that it was only me that felt unsafe because of the lack of cleanliness,but next morning they told me they barely slept. The only good thing was that the lady that helped with the breakfast was nice.

I am frequent at the Baymont and the staff is wonderful. That’s the best part about it. The breakfast is always great and the staff always has the smile and are very accommodating for me. I look forward to visiting every time, especially Miss Barbara. She is a sweetheart.

Stayed for 3 nights March 2024. Room needs updated furniture, fixtures, and wall decor. Everything looked dingey and from 20 years ago. Bathroom needs major overhauls and the shower faucets were leaking badly and seemed almost ready to fall off. Hot water gets so hot instantaneously and it will scald you if not careful. Outside the room was dirty. Walkways look old and dirty. Pool has no lights for evening use so they lock it up at sundown. Pointless to guests who want to relax in the pool after beach time. Breakfast area is small and most food items were empty. Biscuits for biscuits and gravy were rock hard. Juices were watered down. Milk and yogurt were warm. No jelly or peanut butter available. Sausage looked undercooked. Called to office one evening and asked for extra pillows, was told had none. Had hardly any towels in room and they were super small. Freezer didn’t keep food frozen and had to be thrown out. Won’t be back.

It is an old motel. The air conditioner is so noisy and the room has annoyed noises as well. The room smells to humidity.The pool is in the middle of the parking. Te breakfast is not enough but it is ok. But the location and the price are good. We can not pay in cash!!!

I was there for 3 hours as I came in laid down and slept for about 3 hours got up to use restroom and turned on lights and seen roaches scatter. I ran out of that room it was the worst place I ever seen.

This property is not at all what is pictured on the website. The smell when you walk in will knock you down and we ended up checking out of the hotel shortly after our arrival. The room divider was a broken, plastic magnetic curtain. The outside of the hotel looked like it needed serious repair. The whole property needed lots of TLC. The pillows on the king bed weren't the correct size. The TV was plugged into an outlet that required a light switch to the outside to remain on. The pool needed cleaning. This was a terrible experience and we are so disappointed with how our trip started. I would recommend staying anywhere else. I would also recommend you taking this property off of your list until they fix some of the issues. This was our first time using Expedia and I don't know that we will be using it again if these are the types of properties you endorse.

The staff were extremely sweet but thats where the good review ends. When we woke in the morning there were ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! Nightstand, bathroom counter, my clothes!!! The electrical outlet where the tv plugged in didn't work. I had to reach behind the dresser and try move all the wires to one that did. Since i prepaid there was nothing Barbara at the front desk could do. She was very nice and apologetic and will hopefully bring it to managements attention.

This property doesn't live up to Wyndham. Room carpet needs to be pulled up moldy smell. Toilet seats need replacement. Proper cleaning of bathroom, fumigation small roaches, bed linens are stained. Will not be returning.

This was the worst or second worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. 1. The faucet in the shower leaked and the tub was clogged. 2. The exhaust in the bathroom didn’t work so it was muggy and hot all the time in the bathroom. 3. The free breakfast was cheap and gross. 4. On the last morning we woke up and my daughter had a live roach on her pillow. 5. There were stains on the bed sheets 6. The faucet to wash your hands only produced hot water. 7. The person at the front desk was unable to do anything and didn’t have the faucet fixed even though we requested it. 8. We had to request towels each day because room service never came in 3 days of staying there. 9. There were multiple flies in the room all the time. 10. Despite the low, low quality the prices were outrageous. I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again. Business is easy when your goal is to surprise and delight your customers every day. When you only care about the bottom line you deserve to go out of business.

The rooms need repairs, can’t turn shower water off all the way, not very clean , laundry machines need to be replaced old, dryers barely worked

I thought this hotel was a little over priced for what we got, but so was everything in Sarasota. The lady who checked me in was very nice, but we didn’t get any housekeeping service the 3 nights we stayed. I didn’t call and ask for any though, so they may have cleaned the room if I had requested it. It was very conveniently located, and the hotel itself was nice and quiet. It’s rundown, but it felt pretty clean. We would probably stay here again.

Unkempt,vanity light burnt out, no fixture on overhead light, inconvenient to have to move the tv to plug coffee maker into a strip extension cord, both ice makers broken, bug on the wall as we walked in, next morning bug on bathtub. Needless to say. Will never stay here again. Gives Windham a bad name.
