The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that.“

„The Carriage House was impressively clean and orderly, and centrally located near so many Sarasota sites. It's walking distance to the farmers market, SelbyBotanic Garden, the Main Street with many restaurants and shops, as well as near the waterfront and general downtwon area. It has a wonderful host who provided very helpful information and was quick to respond to questions. Highly recommended.“

„This boutique inn was the perfect little place for my wife and me as we celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary. The place was very clean. The pool/hot tub was at ideal temperatures. Beach chairs are available to use & if you need some ice for your cooler, there is complimentary ice in the upstairs freezer.
