Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr hat sich der Zustand der Zimmer wieder verbessert. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Gazcue, der Malecón ist in fünf Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Im Zimmer war kein Telefon vorhanden. Das Hotel verfügt über keinen für Gäste zugänglichen Internetdesk. Das Rezeptions- und sonstige Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Gegensatz zu anderen kursierenden Einschätzungen halte ich die Umgebung des Hotels bei angebrachter Vorsicht für sicher.

Hotel in Gazcue mit Naehe zum Malecón
Als Alternative zu den grossen und teuren Hotels an der Promenade Malecón bietet das ueberschaubare Hotel Riazor ein gutes Presi-/Leistungsverhaeltnis. Mitten im beliebten Viertel Gazcue gelegen, waren der Empfang wie gewohnt sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und gross genug. Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Gazcue und auch das Stadtzentrum zu erkunden.

Al realizar la reserva ofrecieron un incentivo de una botella de vino, que desde el check in solicitamos pero indicaron que no había disponibilidad, el gerente no se interesó en resolvernos y aún en nuestro check out no lo recibimos.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Riazor. The staff provided exceptional service. The rooms were nice and clean. There were plenty of nearby eating options and the area is very walkable and close to the Malecón.

Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. The "restaurant" is next door and you are charged extra for room service. The food is ok. However delicious restaurants are within a walkable distance. The bed was very comfortable and they have Netflix options. I would stay here again
