Das Gebäude ist alt. Im Zimmer sind Geräuschemission gut hörbar. Der Zimmerservice wird von nicht gut geschulten Personal geführt (vergessen diverse Elemente). Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Es gibt deutliche bessere Hotelstandards in Bereich Old Santo Domingo, wo auch Abends Aktivitäten möglich sind.

Haben das Zimmer gewechselt da erstes nicht ganz sauber. Ging ohne Probleme und zweites hatte dann Meersicht. Ansonsten alles i.O ausser beim Auschecken noch Diskussionen wegen 2 Fläschchen Mineral aus Minibar. Würden trotzdem wieder einmal dort buchen. Hotel könnte mal wieder etwas in Renovationen investieren vor allem bei den Zimmern. Zum Teil doch einiges veraltet.

Nicht so wie gehofft .
Wir wollten einfach drei schöne Tage in der Stadt verbringen, da wir schon vorher im Hotel übernachtet haben und sehr zufrieden waren, haben wir wieder gebucht, leider enttäuschend. Haben Executive Zimmer gebucht, Sollten durch eine Baustelle zum Zimmer gehen, Zimmer alte Einrichtung, haben dann ein de Lux Zimmer gegeben, gab dann Probleme mit extra Service, dazu kam im Bad, scheinbar Renoviert, sehr schlechte Verarbeitung, hatten dan Wasser Leitung kaputt. Wir sind dann in ein Executive Zimmer umgezogen, Einrichtung einfach Alt und verschließen. Im Bad wieder Problem mit Wasser. Wie kann es sein dass dieser Hôtel noch 5 Sterne führen kann??

Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind hervorragend und sehr bemüht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war toll. Die Poolanlage war schön und gepflegt. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste in Bezug auf die Flure & Zimmer renoviert werden.

Pool & outside area was really nice Swim up bar was great. Staff was extremely accommodating & helpful. The rooms & hallways smell terribly like mold. There was a leak in my bathroom ceiling & also the AC stopped working. Maintenance was called, he never ended up fixing it..I fell asleep in the midst of it all. I enjoyed my stay here, but they really need to remodel rooms/hall ways. I got a deluxe room and the smell was terrible, intolerable. My bed sheets were not the cleanest and I slept fully clothed. Very uncomfortable. I barely spent any time in the room. I’m not sure why these rooms are allowed to be booked. Someone needs to do something about this ASAP!

The rooms have not been renovated, the beds, TV and other furnitures are very old. Makes it difficult for TV to be watched as it’s not a smart TV. The food ordered at the restaurant was not quality. We ordered a burger and pasta with shrimps and both dishes were not good. The pasta had a very artificial flavor sauce similar to those sold in the supermarkets (Prego sauce).
