Great Breakfast, best we had on our California Trip. Nice garden. Easy parking, price was included. Bike rent is also included and we had a wonderful ride along the beach.

A short walk to the beach and various Restaurants. Pretty bright at night in the room, due to little windows above the door and a light in the floor, which was on all night.

Sehr schönes sauberes großes Zimmer mit Küche und Esstisch (leider nur 2 Sessel) sowie schönes Badezimmer, das 1. Mal OHNE Duschvorhang, sondern Glaswand – perfekt! gepflegter schön angelegter begrünter Innenhof, super Whirlpool. Zur Begrüßung gab es im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Sekt - welch nette Überraschung! Nette Idee war auch die Happy Hour: Wein und Sangria mit Käse und Wurst, sowie Knabbereien. Etwas davon wäre auch beim Frühstück schön gewesen, so war das Frühstück ok, aber nichts Besonderes.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und der Server war top! Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Gutes, leicht in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel an guter Lage wenige Minuten von der State St und dem Strand. Einzig das Frühstück liess zu wünschen übrig. Innenhof mit Pool und Blumen ein Aufsteller. Würde wieder dort übernachten.

You give me champagne or sparkling wine, but you assume all your clients drink alcohol. You should offer de-alcoholized beverages as well as an alternative. Consider that many of us are trying to live a healthier lifestyle by not consuming much alcohol.

I don’t normally leave reviews but was not satisfied with this property. I was arriving late. I called the property and told them what time I would arrive. The man told me I have to go to the sister property next door to check in. At 1am when I arrived via Uber, there was a note on the hotel door that they would be back in 5 minutes. I stood outside (cold) in a city that I don’t know the safety of the area for closer to 10 to 15 minutes. Once inside the room, it was day to day clean but not overall clean. The carpets really need to be cleaned. Also, there were several ants crawling on my sons bed. We booked two nights but ended up just staying one.

Because it is a motel the doors open directly to the outside and there was a gap between the door and the door frame where the light of day was visible. Additionally, the screen on the sliding door was broken and didn’t latch and had a hole in it so it was difficult to get fresh air into the room. Generally the room requires updating. There were appliances plugged into surge protectors.

The inn boasts classic Mediterranean flare, surrounded by lush gardens. Its proximity to the waterfront and downtown makes it an ideal base for exploring the city. Each morning, guests are treated to a continental breakfast. Don’t expect to walk out of there full but it’s plenty for a small bite. In the afternoon, unwind with a glass of wine during the inn’s small bites and wine reception. Lounge under the sun or enjoy a leisurely read in the charming courtyard. They have tons of foliage and it’s beautiful. Cool off in the pool or relax in the hot tub. The pool is also heated for the colder days. Explore the waterfront and nearby attractions on one of the inn’s complimentary bikes. The rooms are average and the bed was actually comfortable and we slept well in the quiet which was very nice. The inn’s design exudes a relaxed, coastal vibe. The staff at Inn by the Harbor truly go above and beyond. Their friendly demeanor and helpful recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re on a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo adventure, the Inn by the Harbor offers a delightful experience. I highly recommend it as one of the best boutique hotels in Santa Barbara. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice property fairly close to the Funk Zone, Stearns Wharf and the harbor. Room was fair size and was very clean. Staff was helpful. A little pricey but about the same as other properties in the same area.

The Inn by the harbor was quiet and close to the beach. We likes the look of the inn and it was easy to get too.

Superb staff. Very friendly and responsive, true hosts. The property is aging but quaint. Spacious rooms, DirectTV service, en suite bathrooms and kitchen in my unit. Very well located. Can’t give it 5 stars due to age of facility but it’s a great spot, reasonably priced, and will likely return.

The property is well located and the employees are very nice. It would be good if at the time of registration they mention that, unless you ask, the hotel will not provide in room services such as making the bed and providing new towels. I found about it later on.
