Das Hotel ist modern und sauber. Leider schien das Personal unmotiviert. Beim einchecken brachte die Dame am Empfang weder ein Lächeln noch ein freundliches Wort über die Lippen…. Schade! Man fühlte sich nicht wirklich Willkommen.

Arriving and checking in wasn’t the best experience, a young lady didn’t communicate much and was rude when asked questions. The wasn’t welcoming at all. The following day the new front desk clerk was more friendly and answered my questions without any attitude. Hotel was very clean and kept up tidy. Pretty much a quiet nice beside people checking in late and having no regard for the guest, not the hotels issue.

The staff went above and beyond when they found my daughter’s doll after we checked out before we even realized it was missing. We were already far from the property and the front desk immediately offered to ship to our home. Our daughter has ASD and losing stuffed animals can seriously trigger her so this was truly an incredible act of kindness by the staff. We are eternally grateful and had a very lovely stay!

To our greatest disappointment, we were met with insects in the bathroom as well as severely scuffed bed sheets upon arriving to our assigned room. We decided to give the management benefit of the doubt and kindly returned to the front desk to report the issue to the representative on duty. He apologized for this incident and promised the sheets would be changed promptly. We left the property to give the cleaning team the opportunity to remediate to the situation. We returned a couple hours later and noticed the same issues. The front desk offered no solution, no compassion and no regrets as to what customers were being met with at this Hyatt location. We decided to check-out immediately and not stay for the night we had initially booked. The thought of spending the night in such hazardous environment was inconceivable.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the front desk staff friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very plentiful with a great assortment of foods. While the location is convenient, it was hard to access coming from the south. The train was a bit on the loud side. Parking fee was a surprise to me.

Very clean hotel, staff nice and professional/helpful. Gym was clean and well maintained. There is a nice little Mexican restaurant right next door. Parking is in a structure and was convenient. Pillows were way too soft and bed was uncomfortable. The room was nice. For the price, I would stay here again, but I would bring my own pillow.

Hyatt Place worked very well for me. It is in a bit of an odd location but if you have a car that's not a problem. The area is safe and there is a big mall with lots of stores and restaurants, even a Bristol Farms, about a half mile away, across the freeway if you are on foot. A very nice local Mexican restaurant is next door. The room was great, clean, quiet, typical Hyatt Place. Breakfast was simple but very good. The hotel has a bar so you can grab a cocktail or glass of wine in the evening and take it up to your room or enjoy by the outdoor fireplace. They do have a workout room and spa ... but I did not use either. There were some minor things like half of my room window curtain was stuck shut and they had NO regular black tea, just herbal tea at breakfast and I just drink regular black tea. Overall I would stay there again without hesitation.
