Gute Zimmergrösse in perfekter Lage um am Pier zu essen, Downtown zu shoppen und das Auto einfach stehen zu lassen. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal superfreundlich! Die Zimmer sdhr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen direkt am Strand von Santa Barbara. Zur State Street und Stearns Wharf sind es nur einige Gehminuten. Das Zimmer war geräumig und in gutem Zustand. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen und war auch super. Schade war hier nur, dass es nur Einweggeschirr gab. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Alles wunderbar. Ein Fitnessbereich wäre noch klasse gewesen. Das Frühstück entspricht dem klassischen amerikanischen, mit viel Folien verpacktem Dingen und Papptellern.

Die Lage in der Nähe des Piers und Meer ist gut. Das Zimmer war ok. Das Bad ist schon älter und müsste mal erneuert werden. Zum Teil etwas lärmig da das Hotel genau an einer Strassenkreuzung liegt.

Chris welcomed us before our stay through relevant text messages and offered us delicious options for dinnerbupon our arrival. After we checked out, he welcomed us to wait in the lobby for two hours until our ride to the Amtrak station arrived. We appreciated our harbor view from our 2nd floor rooms as requested in our reservations. Extremely friendly staff in all departments.

Nice location but very noisy. It overlooks a busy street and the walls are thin so you can here the cleaning carts going up and down the walkways, stomping from upstairs neighbors, and water riding everyone someone uses the bathroom or takes a shower.

We enjoyed the hotel. The room was nice, the property was clean and close to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast provided in the morning was very good too. We would have liked it more if there was a hot tub at the pool and access to streaming tv like Netflix in the room. Overall it’s very nice though.

Liked my Stay at the Beachside Inn it was a nice hotel the beach was just in front. The breakfast at the hotel is good and the lobby and dining areas are always clean staff is super friendly and attentive. There was many restaurants near by I could literally walk down the block and grab a meal. My only one complaint was that the room I had reserved didn’t have a working shower but the staff was quick and they upgraded us into a better room.

Great place to stay. Further from Stearns wharf but you can take a water taxi from the harbor which is fun! Close to the Maritime museum which is a must see. Staff was great and rooms were clean and nice. Has a nice pool.

Location is perfect. View of the harbor, walking distance to State Street, restaurants, jetty, etc. Property needs a little tlc. Charhe handles on wv chargers are damaged, carpet is getting worn, cracked tiles on stairs. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachside Inn. It was walkable to the beach and also State St. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was some of the best hotel breakfast I've had! We were sad the pool heater had broken, but the sun deck was nice.

Not happy about the swimming pool being ice cold. Pool heater was damaged from the last storm is what the front desk employee told me when I asked why the pool is cold. The employee said that it was on your website. Why would I keep looking at your website when I booked way in advance. We booked your location because of the inviting look and feel along with it having a pool so me and my kids could go swim. It would’ve been nice to get some kind of notification from the hotel letting me know that the pool isn’t operational prior to our arrival. Everything else was great! Nice clean room and entire complex as advertised.

The lobby and breakfast area are a 5. Nice pool. The room was spacious and pretty. My issue was that the AC was broken upon our arrival. We called twice and were told someone would come fix it. No one ever came. What was suspicious was that there were three small fans in the room. Seems this AC was either broken already or this happens frequently if they were that prepared. The room was very stuffy and pretty warm upon our arrival. Disappointed by the broken AC and lack of staff help. Other than that it was a good stay. Breakfast is good.

We apologize by the miscommunication, our front desk team was not aware that the AC unit had been rendered temporarily out of service since the day prior to your arrival.
