Tolles Hotel! Total nah am Hafen und fussläufig ins City Center! Der Service war super, alle Mitarbeiter mehr als nett und im preis war ein ausreichendes Frühstück mit enthalten, was auch nicht zur Normalität zählt in den Staaten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes, zentrales und familienfreundliches Inn
Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert: sehr komfortabel, geräumig und ruhig. Ein Beistellbett für unsere 9 Monate alte Tochter war gar kein Problem, zudem gibt es einen Aufzug. Das Frühstück übertraf unsere Erwartungen, ja es gibt auch hier Plastikgeschirr (das ist nun mal in den USA stark verbreitet), allerdings eine wirklich gute Auswahl an Essen. Es gab u.a. Brot und Bagels, Süße Stückchen sowie Haferflocken, Waffeln und ausreichend Obst und Beeren. Eine kleine Auswahl an Ei und Salsa war auch gegeben. Der Frühstücksraum selbst ist einladend. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommen. Momentan wird im Inn renoviert, wir hatten bis auf optische Dinge außerhalb unseres Zimmers keinerlei Einschränkungen. Die Lage ist optimal, sehr nahe am Strand und nicht weit weg von Downtown. Neben dem Inn ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und die Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

I was arriving later then midnight and was told no one would be there so I had to book another hotel when I called about this I was told too bad it is in our policy which was not obvious the there lobby closes. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that could not check you in whenever you arrived

They put a hold twice on our night stay claiming that’s their policy! Breakfast tasted very industrial. Staff did not know they have earplugs to sell while the morning after we discovered they had some next to the coffee machine!!

This hotel was super convenient to literally all the tourist stuff we wanted to do in Santa Barbara! It was just a block or so from the beach and right across from a beautiful park and UCSB. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic. They served hash brown pucks that were decent. The eggs were not great but it was fine! There are tons of great places to eat within pretty easy walking distance.
