„This house was perfect for our family vacation! It was equipped with everything we needed. We spent many mornings and evenings at the pool and in the screened in porch. Most afternoons we walked over to the beautiful beach (which was only 5 min away). This was a great find for us!“

„The home was welcoming and a good location. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. If I go to the area again I will stay here again. Several places to eat and shop within walking distance. We also did a shelling day and sunset cruise with Captiva Cruises and they were both excellent and they too were within walking distance.“

„We've stayed at the Lazy Palm many times, and we're looking forward to our next visit. We've seen other homes in the area, and the LP is our favorite. The natural light, the pool/lanai, the elevator, the golf cart and such a great location in the village. LP is a great place to relax with family and friends!“

„The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave.“

„Wow! Incredible Home and location that fit my crew of 7 perfectly. The property was clean and had everything you needed without searching for it. The property manager checked in with us right out of the gate and then left us alone but let us know they were only a phone call away and literally two doors down. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with a larger group.“

„Tidewater is a very clean home with lots of space and spaces to accommodate a large group. The house has so many different tables and seating options that you could easily host a large gathering. Very little missing that you could want at a rental house. Plenty of towels, blankets, soap at sinks and showers, etc. that make the home easy to move right into. Extra full fridge in the basement along with the largest collection of beach chairs we've ever seen. Plenty of carts for the short walk down ...

„This place was amazing. Super clean, fully renovated so everything is new and the beach is out the back door. Front parking right by the condo. Had everything you could possible Ned or want. The property manager was great and addressed our needs which were very few, actually only one! Will definitely stay here again!“

„Nice condo and area. The condo was very clean. Pool an easy walk out the front. Beach wasn't crowded at all. Construction was occurring on condo property itself but was not near the condo itself. If you want to buy groceries, would recommend a Kroger before going across bridge to Sanibel.. the local grocery store is greatly overpriced with limited selections“

„Love captiva . South seas is under constructions but coming back . No internet in our room during our stay. South seas needs to provide trailer parking if you rent a boat slips as in the past.“

„The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. Two other guests also had the same problem. Including written check out info at the condo would be helpful. After finally finding the condo, however, our stay was excellent. We would definitely ...

„We loved our time at Island Inn on Sanibel Island. The room was clean and beautiful. During our stay in december 2023/january 2024 there wäre still construction sites all over the Island to repair what Hurricane Ian destroyed. But it was Cali and still beautiful. Our hosts were super nice and had good tipps for what to do and where to go. We got waveboards for free for bodysurfing in the waves which was super gib!“
