Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you found areas of concern, I wish that you had brought these to our attention while you were here. Yes, guests have damaged one of the picnic tables, we are just hoping to get through the last couple of weeks of the season. Our rooms were renovated just over 2 years ago, our lobby will be renovated this off season. Our free continental breakfast provides eggs, sausage, yogurt, make your own waffles and 3 brands of cereal, as well as bagels, muffins and danish.

Thank you Stephen. We are constantly doing updates, this year we have new windows in some room, new exterior siding and many rooms have new heat/AC. Last year our hallways were done from floor to ceiling. Did you not go out onto your balcony? You had a table and chairs there. (It is an interior balcony overlooking the pool.) I'm sorry to hear that you did not find the beds to be comfortable, I will mention this to our maintenance manager. I will also mention the idea of a door mat/rug for inside the doorway. We hope to see you again!

I am sorry to hear that you did not have hot water - I am not sure why, no one else had this issue and when I checked the shower with a thermometer, it was fine. I reviewed the camera footage and she knocked at 11:10. I'm sorry you felt this was early, she was down the hall and was checking rooms. Many people never physically check out so we do have to start somewhere to ensure that the rooms have been vacated.

You never said there was anything wrong with the room - until you were charged a 100 cleaning fee. Considering the way you left the room, with feces all over the beds and pillows you are fortunate not to have been charged the full 250.00.
