The only down side was that one of the two elevators is currently being serviced, which results in longer waiting times for the one remaining. However, I much prefer elevators being serviced than running risks! Overall, very friendly staff, excellent service, excellent food!

Very nice hotel centrally located
The hotel offers all amenities one may need/want: 3 restaurants/bars (all of them with excellent quality), an amazing breakfast buffet, even offering Pupusas, gym, outdoor pool, massage spa, small souvenir shop and above all: very, very friendly staff! Also, it is quite centrally located, across the street from a shopping mall (which can be reached via a pedestrian bridge)

Everything was excellent and plan to come back. I just won't use the third party valet service. They scratch the rims and the side panel of my rental and I had to pay out of pocket

This hotel is way better than the Sheraton presidente and the barcelo, also the staff is way nicer. Just please upgrade the damn phones in the rooms, it makes it difficult to contact the front desk or anyone in the hotel.

The whole entire staff at the hotel were helpful and so friendly. Also, so convenient that the shopping center is across the street from the hotel. I will be returning for future stays. I almost forgot, when making reservations ask for the volcano view unless you want the downtown scenery view.

Great staff & service. We stayed at another 5 star hotel prior to our stay at the Intercontinental and this hotel is way better in its service than the other one. There is a mall right across from it as a plus.

Property is in way better shape and condition compared to Sheraton presidente, staff is super nice and helpful, the beds are super comfortable and the rooms are up to date and not outdated whatsoever, the restaurant options and breakfast options are great as well, the 2 guys that are working the valet understand time is valuable and will get your car within a couple of minutes of giving them the keys, also valet prices are excellent! Definitely recommend.

Excellent choice!!!
This Hotel was fantastic! Our rate included a delux buffet breakfast with many options including special order omlets and pupusas. The room was quiet with central air. The bathroom was large with storage areas. There were several hotel restaurants and a pool. The Metrocenter mall is connected via a walkway with many options including food.

Excellent service at the restaurants but that's about it. Lobby restrooms were dirty and also outside of the property. I would think for a luxury hotel they would at least try to keep the areas clean. Also the room we stayed at was very noisy.
