The rooms are absolutely stunning! I loved all of the furniture and the layout. The shower is to die for! Honestly the perfect romantic hotel but make sure you plan to spend a lot on food. I would suggest to dine out with locals because the KUMO restaurant is over-priced. I do however love how close the beach is and the attendants with umbrellas. Again beware the beach menu is pricey. The welcome drink was delicious though! Also NOTE there is a lot of construction on the outside. The pool also is super cold. You can tell it is an older building that is getting fixed up.

Friendly staff all around! They all make sure your stay will be the best everyone was so nice and polite if I ever come to Puerto Rico I’d stay here again 1000 percent this place is amazing!

Impressed to say the least. From valet, check in & restaurant the staff was amazing!!!! The room was BEAUTIFUL, modern touch and very clean. The beach is walking distance & the rooftop view was perfect! Definitely recommend & would stay here again!

I wanted to rate this property well because I ultimately enjoyed my vacation. However in hindsight I would NEVER suggest anyone to stay here or return myself MOST IMPORTANT They are doing construction which will definitely carry through the rest of 2024 so be prepared to hear drilling for 6 hours straight. The housekeeping does not change towels/wash cloths, etc. and they will charge you an astronomical amount post stay claiming damage, even the receptionist agreed it was a cash grab (assuming their construction is going way over budget). Either way people should stay away from this property. At least until construction is done and new management is in place. 2/10 very disappointed

Our room smelled mildew. I called front desk and they came with an air freshener. i was hot and elevators were very slow. No ice machine or vending.

The Property Itself Was Nice, I Stayed In The Room With The Stand Up Shower. The Eatery Was Good As Well. I Didn’t Enjoy My Stay & That’s Because Every Morning From Mon-Fri I Was Woken Up To Construction. I Understand The Job Doesn’t Stopped Because I Was Staying There However Why Wasn’t I Notified Upon Booking My Hotel , Upon My Arrival As Well. If I’m On Vacation I Want To Be Able To Sleep In, Not Be Awaken At 8am Every Morning By Construction.

If you are looking for a fantastic hotel with, great design, breathtaking views, a rooftop with the yummiest menu, the best bartender, and well-made drinks this is the place. The open-space bedroom is stunning, of course, if you are traveling with your partner is so much better, because the shower’s walls are all glass letting the sun go through the bedroom. The beach is just in front of the hotel and they also have chair and umbrella service, and restaurant service.

San Juan water and beach is the perfect get away, beautiful view of the beach from the hotel, also a glimpse of the city as well. The roof top pool is everything. The rooftop restaurant is a little pricey but still a good vibe

Good stay! Staff was nice and polite. My only two issues were there was construction going on and they had to change my waterfront view room and also, the room they switched me to, the sheets were not very clean however, staff was nice and would give fresh sheets. I’d go back once they finish construction. Also, Uber was easy to get and their are places you can walk for food/coffee

This hotel is amazing!! They clean your room everyday. We didnt even need a car. The beach is right out front and the street in the back of the hotel has many many restaurants. An uber is cheap to get you 15/20 mins to la placita or luquillo beach. It is a great hotel and great location!

I had a fabulous stay. My room was absolutely stunning. I found the robes and slippers a nice touch and the open shower sexy. All the staff were so helpful, respectful, and very welcoming. Gigi, Jose, Marco , and Alberto are taking care of the hotel guests on the beach with immaculate service. Always attentive to providing service to the staff. I felt really bad that on my last day I didn’t see Marco who provided the daily beach towels and chair. I wish he would have a credit machine for people to tip. He greeted me everyday with a smile and I would try to help him and he would say this is my job. I commend the hotel managers for hiring employees who are so kind and who make the guests not want to leave. I will be returning and highly recommend you to book a stay. You will not be disappointed.

great hotel . They give you drinks when you first arrive . Nice ocean view, nice side showers, and nice decor .. house keeping come in and clean for you. they were still constructing on some of the rooms. But you can tell once they are finish, this hotel is going to be 10/10 .

We enjoyed our time here. They are under construction but almost done. We would recommend the roof top lounge. Great atmosphere, food and beverage. Views are spectacular. Pool was small but they are adding another area. Access to beach was fantastic and it was easy to walk around and grab Ubers.

I would stay here again. The only thing I didn't like was they don't have a fridge, microwave or vending machine. The fridge they have only has room for things you purchase from hotel.
