The hotel staff was great! I had a short stay for business and they were very accommodating. The rooms could have been cleaner. Urine was on the toilet seat when I arrived. Most hotels with carpet have an odor, so this one did as well. However, it is cleaner than a few of the others in the area I've stayed at during the year while flying in and out for business trips. The lobby has a microwave for guests to use. I guess this is better than nothing but I would prefer one in the room. Needs an upgrade but overall a decent hotel based on the price.

Couldn’t find anyone to check us in around 4 pm for about 35 minutes. Had their breakfast next day… out of pastries, coffee weak. The guy cooking the food had long hair not tied back or netted and was getting avacado in his hair while making someone else’s avacado toast. That turned my stomach so I went somewhere else to eat.

Would stay here again but cleanliness seems to be an issue. was here for 2 nights and on the first night our sheets had blood stains on them and there was hair in the bathroom (red) that didn't belong to us, so we had to ask for the room to be cleaned the next day, and they changed the sheets. was a quiet stay, no other issues. right next to SJ airport, didn't hear the planes at all.

The sheets were disgusting and had not been changed. The staff was kind enough to come change them at midnight when we arrived but management did not seem concerned at all about it that night or the morning when I checked out. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom even though we had 2 queen beds and 2 pull outs. 5 people need more than 2 towels. They brought more but again it's late and we just wanted to sleep. It all delayed us getting to bed by 2 hours
