A newer-feeling La Quinta. Nice, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Decent breakfast. Parking in their garage is by valet only and costs $20/night. You can self park on the street, if there are any spaces available. Overall, we had a good stay and would come back.

Overall the hotel was nice, room and bathroom very clean, as you would expect, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Area outside around the hotel is not nice, but nothing the hotel can do about that. Breakfast was good not great but very convenient as it's included. Valet was extra charge but as there was no parking on the street available it was welcome. I would return if I'm in the area again.

What I like: The property is new. What I don't like: Parking is one of the biggest issue with the high parking fees. I understand it's safe to park in gated parking lot but if I had to pay extra hidden fees, then I would not choose to stay at this hotel. Additionally, there were excessive noises from the street. I could not sleep at all.

Jacqueline,We apologize that the only parking we offer is secure underground valet parking at the cost of 20 per night. With all the issues of break ins in the bay area we hoped this feature would offer a safe option for all of our guests. Being in and entirely residential area, we apologize you did not enjoy this as well. That is completely unacceptable the staff was not welcoming I personally apologize on behalf of the staff since this is something we work very hard at making every guest that walks in our doors feel welcomed and attended to.

Staff is great. Beto, the man at the door who also handles valet is a really nice guy and good person to be greeted by. AC is lacking. No way to divert it away from bed other than blocking it with chair. It cycles constantly. Refrigerator in room barely works and needs replaced. Noisy area around hotel even on third floor but I guess it is right in the city. Most annoying thing though, light in sink area and lighted mirror and lights in bathroom are all on one sensor. No way to dim any of them. Lights up entire room so I had to use my phone light. They need separate switches or a door on sink area. Parking on street is only across the street and it looks sketchy so valet is only choice. It’s nice talking to Beto, but I had to bug him and be escorted to get items from the car. The second time I just didn’t bother. It’s all only little things that if corrected would make a stay much better. Bed was super comfortable and style of everything is nice. Place is really clean.

This hotel was a cut above other La Quintas that I've stayed in. Everything was clean and new. The bathroom was clean with a spacious shower. The only negative was parking. There was free parking if you don't mind parking on the street, but valet parking, with a $20 fee, if you didn't want to park on the street. I would highly recommend this hotel.
