With all the issues of break ins in the bay area we hoped this feature would offer a safe option for all of our guests. Being in and entirely residential area, we apologize you did not enjoy this as well. That is completely unacceptable the staff was not welcoming I personally apologize on behalf of the staff since this is something we work very hard at making every guest that walks in our doors feel welcomed and attended to.
