for a 'first class' hotel it was below any other first class experience I have ever experienced. The service, especially the breakfast service, is below average and most 3 star hotels do better than the Taj Campton. They send people away cause the breakfast room is too small. Every day we ordered something from the menu and NEVER received the complete order. The staff is chaotic and unfriendly.
The rooms itself were ok but need to be modernized. The shower in the suite was too small for me, I had to get on my knees to wash my hair cause they don't have a handshower or a rainshower from the ceiling.
Interent costs extra money, that is rediculous compared to the prices of the room.
