This was our second time at the hilton in San Francisco. We enjoyed our time here a lot. I highly recommend to get an upgrade to one of the rooms in the towers if available, the view is amazing!

Super Lage des Hotels
Das Hotel ist perfekt organisiert. Zur Cabel Car Station sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Parkhaus ist wie überall sehr teuer aber selbst Trucks können einfahren. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß aber für uns drei erwachsene vollkommen ausreichend. Wir wollten ja nur hier schlafen.

Fantastische Lage! Liegt super nah an den Shopping Malls. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Allerdings könnten mal die Teppichböden ausgewechselt werden. Sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer war sauber, allerdings auch hier der Teppichboden, die Nachttischlampe, ... hatten schon einige Jahre hinter sich. Der Mini-shop im Hotel ist total überteuert!! Hier hat man besser man geht nur 5min vom Hotel entfernt in den nächsten Supermarkt.

There was poop on the sidewalk outside the property. There were only 2 people at the front desk checking in guests. The man that checked us in was so helpful and friendly I didn’t get his name but he was helpful in getting us a room more of our liking as we had initially requested a room above the 35th floor and the one that was reserved for us was the 26th floor which would have been miserable. He checked the system and was able to put us on the 37th floor!!! We stay here often

The bathroom is not comfortable, very small, and no room for anything, The vanity not practical, and there weren't any bathroom accessories, I know after the pandemic hotels don't use glass accessories but they use plastic cups, nothing in this hotel

This hotel is exceptional! Staff is great and rooms are chic. No complains there ever. The only improvement would be to install some kind of foot light for night bathroom trips.

The cost of the buffet was an expensive surprise. Paid 100 for two people, and food was not the best. Would recommend lowering prizes or making the prize more visible for guests to see. Stay away from the buffet, do not recommend.

We (2 couples, 2 rooms) went to go to the much advertised Cityscape lounge. We even called days before to make sure no reservations were required. Upon checking in, we were informed that a private party had reserved Cityscape and we would not be allowed to even visit the floor. The desk personnel were unaware of why the Cityscape is so special. This is a black mark on SF Hilton and Hilton country wide. I will not be back to any of these hotels again. I have been to the Hilton Hawaiian Village, the SF Hilton in the past but never been so disappointed. It wasn't just the Cityscape incident but the rooms had no bar soap, lights that didn't work, no table service at the bar, drinks that put into question the mixes or mixers. The best treatment was from the bell desk and the garage attendants. This is a sad commentary on what are wonderful properties.

The neighbourhood is terrible. The staff in the hotel just treats you as cash money they are holding in their hand they think you don’t have a brain and they try to scam you. Be careful if you stay here. Only upgraded rooms are good the windows don’t open though. The pool area is not big and not good. Breakfast is 50$ plus there isn’t much to eat and the staff is rude. If you stay here go to the bar at 46 th floor it’s great. Also in this location after 6 pm there is a big danger in the streets try not to walk take Uber which will cost you around 10-30$ depends on which area you go. They take 100$ deposit and also 25$ charge fee per night and give it back to you to use in the restaurant, bar or the shopping area simply they force you to buy stuff from them since it’s so expensive they know that no one will buy it so that’s why they do this. There is a gift store but if you buy something you can’t use your credit towards it be careful. If you don’t have a car transportation is hard especially at night time because it’s a dangerous neighbourhood please be aware of all of this. In general I liked my stay. 2 days upgraded room 43th floor tower 1 and 200 dollars deposit along with 50 dollars credit fee. ( If you have 50$ breakfast be careful in my stay the milk was spoiled. I had to call over the manager she was nice but I had to argue with the staff because they didn’t want to call her such a horrible experience.

The room we stayed in had a nice view of the city and overall was nice, just could’ve been cleaned better. Dust and dirt was caked up along the windowsill like it hadn’t been wiped in years. Headboards on the beds look like they haven’t been changed in years and can see yellow grease stains. Bathroom mirror had water spots. The hotel overall seems a bit outdated for what it is and the prices. Staff/customer service was okay, the lady who checked us in was very nice. Although, the staff that worked at the cityscape lounge were rude. Location is ok, close to chinatown, lots of food options and bars. Some parts are full of homeless camps and a bit dirty.
