Super nice staff but the lack of sound insulation between rooms is absolutely unacceptable. i do not want to hear people talking and snoring and etc. Also far too many stains in linens and fabrics to feel comfortable. I understand Atherton is a tricky spot for good lodging but would not recommend.

I liked having access to a laundry room since I was in the area longer than planned, and it was convenient to buy detergent and quarters from the front desk clerk. Check in was really easy. Staff was very nice and courteous. The parking at night was a little too crowded (people need to learn how to park in one space only). Breakfast was good and the tables were clean.

I’m very impressed with this hotel and the staff and it’s amenities. I have been here three times in the last two weeks just to get away and relax in the Atherton Suites hotel simply always works for me

I was there for a surgery at Stanford. Booked two rooms for our party. The only issue was the tv. There was one remote to turn the Xifinit box on and another to turn the tv on. The remote to turn the tv on would not control the volume. The Xfinity remote controlled that. Not a major issue but an inconvenience.
