Ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel kann man empfehlen. Das Hotel befindet sich insgesamt in einem schlechten Zustand, wovon man absehen könnte, wenn es sauber gewesen wäre. Nicht nur das Zimmer war dreckig (überall in den Ecken lagen Haare, insbesondere im Bad, was auch nach einer Nachreinigung nicht wesentlich sauberer geworden ist) sondern auch die Flure, das Treppenhaus und der Aufzug. Vor Ort kam man uns auch nicht entgegen den Aufenthalt zu kürzen. Insgesamt haben wir uns einfach nicht wohl gefühlt.

Das Zimmer war hell, sauber und von der Größe mehr als ausreichend für eine Nacht. Die Mutarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage ist zentral gut zu bewerten. Nach Downtown oder zum Mission Beach haben wir beispielsweise maximal 15min benötigt! Der einzig negative Punkt sind die zum Hotel gehörenden Parkplätze. Die Lücken sind viel zu klein und das Wenden in der Garage unmöglich, da der Platz fehlt. Je nachdem welche Parkplätze bereits belegt sind, können freie Parkplätze teilweise gar nicht genutzt werden.

Wir hatten zwei Nächte auf unser Westtour durch die USA gebucht. Die Old Town ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Hop on - Hop off Trolley San Diego zu erkunden.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung
Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Hotel. Dafür war es in Ordnung. Unser Zimmer war zunächst nicht fertig. Nach unserer Rückmeldung erhielten wir jedoch sofort ein neues Zimmer. Leier waren die Bettlaken nicht ganz sauber und hatten ein Brandloch. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber.

Great location, walking to many restaurants, etc. unfortunately the room was not what I expected. Missing lightbulbs, Bare walls, ripped and old sofa, no lobby and no coffee. It was hard to contact someone at the desk.

We knew nothing about that part of San Diego at all, but were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to our concert venue. So close we decided to walk rather than figure out parking. The help was very good and left us extra towels, the bed was firm and comfy, but nobody cleaned the room during our 2-night stay. Basically, okay if you're not looking for luxury.

The room was just disgusting. going upstairs smells like pee. nothing is taken care no room service. they won't offer any towels unless you asked. garage parking is so small and who ever lives there in the place purposely parks their car awkward so guests have to park outside. i rather pay 100 more dollars to get something better than this.

The only good thing about the property is the location and easy parking. But as for the property it was very dirty, the room was also not clean, furniture not good. The sheets had stains on them. The shower tub gets clogged when showering. We asked for clean towels and never got them. An hour after checking in, another guest tried opening our door because they were given the same key room as us. We aslo booked the king bed and got queen instead.

It was bad.. The lady was nice. The bed was kind of comfortable, but the room was dirty. The TV didn’t work. They didn’t give us any pillows. Probably won’t go back. i’m sure if they improved on cleanliness and paid a little bit more attention to each room it would be better. But the front desk was very sweet!

It was clean enough - they are starting to renovate -- but they are false advertising - their rooms on site - look nothing like what you get when you arrive -- would not recomment them - plus it says airport shuttle which is not available - we had to take cab from airport -- $27.00

Arrived early and got a room that the television didn't work. No phone to call front and after numerous attempts at getting television to work we got another room with a non working television that was finally started. The second room was cleaner than the first, but still not what the pictures on line showed. It needs a vast improvement to come up to the pictures it shows of itself.

My stay was horrible on every way. The room was dirty and gross and needed maintenance. The chair was peeling, the curtains were cut in a jagged fashion, there were multiple unpatched holes in the walls, furniture surfaces were peeling, there were bugs on the ceiling and when I got to my room the housekeeper was cleaning everything with multipurpose cleaner and wads of toilet paper. I was confronted because they forgot to collect my deposit until 2 days after check-in. I was accused of being a liar every time I brought up a concern, I ended up shortening my stay from 3 weeks to 1. Then, after I finally got out of there, I get a random message saying I damaged a cheap acrylic blanket and then a they ch@rg@ of one hundr@d d@!!ars was stolen by them out of my b@nk a@@0unt. (Had to change the wording). This place is horrible. Do t stay there unless you want to be bullied, accused of theft and all around treated terribly.

Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. There was no comforter on the bed, only a fitted sheet and a velvet blanket at the foot of the bed. There was dirt and debris all over the bed. There were dark drip stains down the exposed box spring. There was black mold growing on the ceiling from a water leak, the bathroom only had one towel and no other toiletries like the pictures suggested. In our friends room, there was an exposed outlet and the smoke detector was ripped out. We were in the rooms for a total of 5 minutes and went back down to the front desk to let them know we weren’t not satisfied with the quality of the rooms and would like to receive a refund. We were extremely polite and the conversation was going fine. She said she could not refund us, that only the manager could, and we would have to call and do that over the phone the next day. When we asked her for her name just so we could have it as a reference when we speak to the manager, she freaked out! Began yelling at us that it was not her fault we didn’t like the rooms, and that it was their policy that she could not refund us herself. She also kept insisting that room 301 was their best room (the one with the expose outlet) and she didn’t understand why we didn’t like the rooms. We are still trying to work out getting our money back 2 days later. They will not answer their phone.

We asked for a King Bed. What we got was a Queen Bed, but turned side ways. So it looked like a King until you laid down. It was wide across and short length wide. Also when we decided to go to bed we found that the bed only had one sheet. Had to ask the office for another. Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!! Should have read the reviews!
