Wir haben zwei Nächte im Ocean Beach Hotel verbracht. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, direkt am Strand und mitten in Ocean Beach mit unzähligen Restaurants und Imbissen in Laufnähe.

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht, teuer, laut, unsicher
Die Fotos auf Hotel.com lassen suggerieren, das es sich hier um ein gutes Hotel handelt. Leider ist es ein billiges Motel, das viel zu teuer ist. Die Umgebung ist extrem Laut, hat viele Obdachlose, und ich würde es eher als Hippihochburg bezeichnen. Was wir eigentlich mögen, aber dann sollten die Preise vom Hotel auch so sein und nicht übertrieben teuer. Wir sind enttäuscht, weil wir dachten, aufgrund der Bilder und vom Preis, das wir da in ein gehobenes Hotel absteigen und nicht in ein Motel.

Von der Lage ideal aber leider viel , viel zu laut und zu teuer für die Ausstattung und den Zustand. Dad einzige ist das dieses Hotel eine super Lage hat, direkt am Strand . Aber leider zu laut und eine Erholung daher unmöglich .. Werde daher das Hotel wenn nie wieder buchen wollen ..

Loved being right on the beach, tons of food options, comfortable bed. Also really liked that they had their own rinse station right as you come in so you don’t have to use the public ones at the beach

Ocean Beach Hotel is my go to place. Dog trip to the beach. We go every year. Close to everything I need. Dog beach, food, drinks, running. Nice quiet area. We will be back.

The main draw is a direct access to Ocean Beach, right across the street from the property. The ocean facing room was nice and allows you to open sliding doors, but no balcony. The hotel is on the rustic side, but clean. The room door gives directly onto the inner courtyard balcony and seems very flimsy (not your typical industrial hotel door).

Upon arrival our room was ready. There is not a restaurant however you can purchase beer, wine and aspirin in the lobby. The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff were super nice. I was happy that the room was cleaned daily. Our grandchild age 3 loved the courtyard and the fountain to throw coins in. We discussed that we would stay there again but the sink area in the bathroom is super small. There is not a place to put toiletries.

We really enjoyed being right at the beach! We could watch sunsets or the waves from any of the three decks. The staff was constantly wiping things down, cleaning windows, etc. to keep everything in great shape. There are tons of dining spots around as well as markets to stock your frig in your room.

The property and rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my needs. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the room was cold and every night, one or more drunk guests would make a lot of noise going to their rooms. Overall though, it was worth the stay.

Great hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved how walkable it is. So many restaurants and shops within a few blocks. Also, we brought our dog and she loved the private patio. We had a great ocean view from the patio as well. Can’t wait to come back!

I feel like I was assigned the worst room in the hotel due to being an Expedia booking. The room was the farthest from the view, and nearest to the busiest area with loud conversations and slamming doors. I had black socks on and they became covered with hair from the filthy floor. A car in the parking lot was 4ft from the only window. The table lamps didn't work. There is no way to get a wake-up call. The hotel is directly under air traffic path, very loud. There is no elevator. The saving grace is the beautiful ocean is right by the hotel. I would not stay here again, nor recommend it.

Clean facility and close to food and shopping. Having the beach across the street is a big plus. One very notable problem, the walls are not sound dampening. A fairly high noise infiltration from all sides.
