The lady at check in counter was very helpful and friendly. The first room had the door who was quite loose, so i felt unsafe. Then I could change to another room, the door was ok, but the bolt on the door was broken, the room was smelling quite bad, the floor was sticky. I stayed 2 nights and the house keeping did not clean the room, the price for 2 nights was 252 bucks, this is by far way to expensive for such a trashy room.

The halls smell like urine and pot. The walls are paper thin do you can hear conversations and tvs all night. Its freezing in the room. The bathroom was not very clean.

I stayed with my bf for 4 nights, room was not serviced at all. The ice machines were broken. Different neighbors waking us up around 2 am each morning loud talking and noises. Seemed like they were housing homeless people which is great for them.. but we should know and we shouldnt be paying over $115 plus for a room for that kind of quality.

Our stay was very good. Our room was clean, everything worked and was comfortable. What I especially liked was was how welcoming the front office staff was. Marcos checked me in and he was AWESOME! I even told him! He gave information and assured our room would be safe location. He even said to make sure as soon as we got into our room to make sure everything worked and was satisfactory as soon as got in, so if there was anything wrong he would assign us a working room right away. Very sweet and accommodating. I would stay here again just because of him. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. Thank you Marcos!

When we arrived my wife was greeted by a homeless person who wanted to use her phone. The place had a bunch of migrants and homeless people all over the property. At 9:00 PM a dog across the hall would not stop barking. At 10:30 PM a mariachi band started up in the room next to us and a bunch of drunk, loud men started singing in Spanish as loud as they could. I called the front desk and asked for all of my money back for that night and the following night. We left.

Really bad smell inside, elevator, stairwell and room. Called in the evening to request towels and did not receive anything until my husband went to the front desk the next morning. They said they would send someone by the end of day. Also there were no toiletries besides hand soap

This site is used as housing for homeless people. The room was clean, and the lock worked, so I guess my daughter and I were safe. A homeless person warned us about bedbugs and dropped a bunch of f-bombs. Found no bedbugs fortunately. I felt for the cleaning staff and tipped them well. Front desk never mentioned ANYTHING. It was noisy. Toddlers stamping upstairs, crowds of young people talking outside. No tissues, shampoo, conditioner, or coffee maker. Like staying in a hostel. Wish I had stayed at the Best Western next door. Was not relaxing.

Check in employee at front desk had a bit of an attitude. Hotel did not provide shampoo and body wash. Towels were usable but low quality. Keycard would stop working randomly and had to get it remagnetized nightly. Hotel security did not appear to be present, as people not residing at the hotel would roam around frequently. Housekeeping was non existent. Hotel did not provide do not disturb signs. Toilet quality could be improved. Bed was alright. Two stars out of five, will not be returning to this location.
