Super Lage am Hotel Circle mit kurzen Wegen zu allen Orten (Coronado, Cabrillo, Balboa Park, Outlets, Fashion Valley, Flughafen…). Sehr sauber, die Lobby riecht toll! Essen bei Theresas‘ war richtig gut (Abendessen und Frühstück) und preislich wie überall.

Worst US hotel experience!
UNACCEPTABLE customer service!!! First they charge the first night on the arrival day at 6 a.m. When I get there, they charge the whole amount of the stay because they could not charge the second night and based on their saying, the first charge will be cancelled. On check-out day, we did not know it was at 11 (used with check out at noon); they tell us there is extra cost (75 usd) then they come to our room threatening with security because they can’t charge the debit card (upon arrival, I wanted to give them a credit card but because they charged the initial card it would mess up the system) We never experienced such a bad service in the USA so would not recommend. Hope the 100 usd deposit comes back and the initial 200usd as well. Room is nice though.

Almost new hotel with good location to reach everything fast in San Diego. Parking expensive with a rate of 29$/day but it seems that this is a common rate in this area. Room clean and nice but air conditioning was very loud and blowing directly to the beds. Shower with very low pressure but that’s it with negative points.

Mehr Schein als sein
Hotel ist nett. Tolle Lobby, nettes Personal. Haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Zimmer mit Balkon. War nett gemeint, aber der Balkon war auf ein dreckiges Dach ausgerichtet. Zimmer an sich ok. Relativ sauber, leider riechen die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher nicht frisch, eher muffig. Bei der Ankunft waren vereinzelt Haare in der Dusche. Denke/Hoffe vom Personal. An den Wänden neben dem WC und Waschbecken dunkle Spritzer. Das Waschbecken ist ausserhalb des Badezimmers. Keine weitere Tür. Wenn man nachts auf Toilette geht, wäscht man sich die Hände in der Badewanne oder weckt den Partner auf. Sieht chic aus, aber leider nicht besonders praktisch. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht komplett abschalten. Es rauscht ununterbrochen. Im Bad läuft die Lüftung, auch hier ist ein abschalten nicht möglich. Ohne Oropax hätte ich kein Auge zu gemacht. Parken kostet 25 dollar. Steht auf einem ungesicherten Parkplatz. Unverständlich warum mab dafür zahlen muss. Aber das ist in San Diego üblich. Fazit: würden hier nicht nochmal wohnen.

Dont know how anyone can give the Legacy less than 10/10. Staff was friendly. It was 8:30pm kitchen closed at 8:45 they still gave us room service. Pool was clean. Massage at the Spa was so relaxing. Security showed presence so we felt safe since we swam at night. I plan on returning real soon!

I enjoyed everything about my stay here. Easy check in, the room was clean, and a nice location right by the pool. There was plenty of parking. The only negative issue I had was when my daughter and I checked in, I asked about late check out and the gentleman told me they could give me a complimentary late check out until 12 but later then that we would have to pay $50 which we were fine with. When I called in the morning to request a late check out the lady said we couldn't get a late check out but my brother who was staying on a different floor called after me and they said he could get a late check out. So I had to the front desk again and after she talked to the manager they allowed me to check out later.

Overall it was a great experience staying at Legacy Resort Hotel & Spa with friendly and helpful staff, though its housekeeping is a bit lagging. My room wasn’t cleaned when I came back in the evening for two days in a row, which was fixed right after I reported the incident to the guest service.

My boyfriend and I spent a weekend in San Diego and stayed here. It is beautiful ! This hotel screams luxury. As soon as you walk in there are these beautiful marble floors and amazing light fixtures. It’s smells great and very well lit even at night. We truly enjoyed ourselves. They have happy hour at their restaurant bar every day, and the food is pretty good as well. There is security on the property, we saw them every day/night riding around in the golf cart and walking about the premises. So safety was definitely important to them. Overall a great experience. The hotel is close to the mall and all the restaurants and shop in Mission Valley and Fashion Valley! It’s also right off the freeway, so downtown is 8-10 minutes away and pacific beach is about 12-15 minutes away. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location and a very nice property. They could really make it an outstanding property if they added something as simple as a rack of dumbbells and universal machine to the gym. The gym room is much larger than the typical hotel gym so there is plenty of room but they have no weights.

The restaurant was wonderful. We ate there for 3 of our meals during our stay. Loved the balcony with view of the pool. We requested a room near the elevator and our request was granted. Our room was clean and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The drive to everything we wanted to go to was no more than 15 mins. It was nice to not be stuck in traffic and get to our destination/back to our hotel in such a quick drive!

Looks new, very clean & spacious. Quiet, no pets. Good location near highway and near large mall with restaurants. Prices vary widely depending on day of the week and season.
