Zentrale Lage
Positiv: sehr gute Lage, nicht weit entfernt von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Schönes Gebäude, guter Eindruck auch von innen, Frühstück schmackhaft mit viel Auswahl, Personal großteils sehr bemüht. Negativ: Personal spricht 0,0 Deutsch was für uns problematisch war, Zimmer werden nicht immer gereinigt, sichtbare Abnutzung im Bad sowie schlechte Schallisolierung. Trotzdem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel wenn man ein wenig englisch oder italienisch beherrscht und Rom erkunden möchte.

Die Kategorie bei des Auswahl des Hotels (hervorragend) war ein Witz. Das Zimmer lag über einem Aussenrestaurant mit Aktivitäten weit nach Mitternacht. Zimmer und Bad waren nicht sauber. Um Mitternacht wurde man durch starkes Klopfen an der Zimmertür aus dem Schlaf geweckt etc etc...

Das Hotel ist 100 Meter von Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Super Lage. Ist sehr sauber und das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und aktuell sind alle Covid Massnahmen überall zur Verfügung. Mann merkt vielleicht dass die Wartung in kleinen Details noch besser sein kann aber es ist nicht schlimm. Super Erfahrung..!!! Sehr gerne mal wieder..!!!! GRAZIE..!!!!!!

Excellent value for the money. We stayed at this hotel for one night only, upon a return from a S. Italy tour. The location is perfect, just 2 blocks from the Roma Termini. We had spent a week in Rome before our tour began and REGRET that we didnt stay at this hotel. The Hotel that we stayed in during that week was $600/night (a 1/3rd of the price for the UNA, big miss). We recommend the UNA hotel a lot.

Property itself was very nice. Staff were very kind! Ample room, comfy beds. Loved the water pressure in the shower. It is very close to the train station so very convenient however you can literally hear the trains running early in the morning The area itself is not safe at all. Be mindful of this when booking with kids. Just a street down from the hotel are a bunch of guys hanging out all day and night who are up to no good. My partner was threatened by one of them one night. It was very scary.

Situation idéale a côté de la gare. Magnifique hôtel , super prestations et très bon personnel. Petit déjeuner excellent dans le choix et les produits. Quartier bien pourvu en boutiques souvenirs et restaurant cependant un peu salé et mal fréquenté... Mais au final abord immediat de l'hôtel sécurisé et les bruits du quartier ne s'entendent (presque) plus dans la chambre bien insonorisée (cela ne m'a pas bcp dérangé pourtant je suis sensible aux sons la nuit). Nous étions au 4eme étage, a l'angle de la rue du passage du tramway que l'on a pas du tout entendu pour le coup.

The hotel itself was lovely, however, the location is very noisy. If you’re bothered by nighttime street noise (people, trains, cars, sirens) I would not recommend this hotel.
