Il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. La personne qui nous a donné les codes d’accès ne parlait pas anglais. Difficile d’avoir des informations. La douche n’était pas propre et elle avait un faible débit d’eau. Impossible de se laver les cheveux. Le siège de toilette était brisé. Peu d’insonorisation. Nous entendons le cadran de la chambre voisine.

There was a paper on door to the room with 2 phone numbers to call. No one answered. 3 of us tried several times. We had to quickly find another room for 1 night elsewhere and paid double. We could not get into room. Days later in e-mail I received info with code to get in. MAD!! They could have sent it days in advance. After my 16 day Italy trip aI will fight this charge. It was not even a hotel. It was someone renting out their room and they called it a hotel

La casa de huésped y en la habitación se entra con un código el dueño nos no nos lo proporcionó y nos tuvimos que ir a buscar la vida nos intentamos poner en contacto con él en varias ocasiones y nunca nos cogió el teléfono desaconsejo totalmente que contratéis este alojamiento

Penso di aver sbagliato io essendo abituato al Trentino dove anche una stella è sinonimo di servizio e pulizia. A Roma invece non è possibile soggiornare in un Hotel con una sola stella. Esperienza terribile.

Non volevo lasciare alcuna recensione ma siccome insistono con le email, mi hanno costretto. Tutto bellissimo codici sottocodici per entrare ma arrivi all'interno e il castello casca in un istante (almeno per quanto riguarda la stanza 4). Umidità a grappolo e cattivo odore, prese sflilate, buste anti umiditò nell'armadio pronte a bagnare tutto, coperte macchiate. Per una notte (10 ore) si può soprassedere visto il prezzo.

Purtroppo è una struttura con problemi di umidità e si sente il tanfo di muffa, la doccia a muro ha perso acqua, la porta di ingresso con codice è difettosa e non apre facilmente. Colazione non possibile in quanto manca proprio un locale.

Le Popolo Relax fonctionne comme une maison d'hôtes avec une arrivée autonome. Le personnel est joignable via WhatsApp et envoie les indications concernant l'arrivée par sms mais aucune indications concernant la sortie... Même après la sortie... Le lit est confortable, la chambre est petite mais cela suffit pour un couple qui passe le week-end à Rome. Cependant, cette dernière n'est pas très propre (infiltrations dans les murs, peintures égratignée, présence forte de calcaire et d'infiltrations dans la salle de bain, tâches sur les draps, serviettes de bains trouées...) Cet établissement est assez excentrée des attractions touristiques mais la marche reste réalisable.

NON PRENOTATE nemmeno se avete URGENZA! Disperati abbiamo prenotato, non si può respirare dentro. Umidità a non finire e utilizzano sostante per deumidificare che rendono l’aria irrespirabile. Lenzuola e coperte piene di macchie gialle, doccia con muffa.

El proceso de entrada fue espantoso, porque no hay nadie nunca que te ayude. Cuando pasan a limpiar otras habitaciones, el ruido es infernal y además la habitación huele mucho a humedad, la ducha es horrible, no hay siquiera una cortina que cubra toda la superficie, el lavabo prácticamente suelto

This place is a scam. It is not safe - our room was full of black mold! Everywhere, on the ceiling, the walls, the shower, the furniture. It is so hard to breath in this place it’s a health hazard! And the property is well aware of this issues because there was a humidifier so it shows that they know this place is full of mold. The pictures and description does not match the property. There was no one to talk to, no one to check in. We had to buy our own toilet paper! I cannot believe Expedia would have this listed on their website! I want a refund! I would have never stayed here if the pictures were accurate.

La chambre est refaite et très propre, même s'il ya des choses un peu de bric et de broc. Le souci : impossible de joindre qui que ce soit avant d'arriver, et on vous envoie les modalités d'accès le jour même à 13h par mail (= j'ai eu les info quand j'étais devant la porte !). Gros stress ! La porte est celle d'un immeuble, on entre avec des codes et on ne voit personne. Il vaut mieux être prévenu ! Il y a 6 ou 7 chambres en rez-de-chaussée. La chambre est faite tous les jours.

The staff were unprofessional. The codes to my room were shared with a taxi driver because it's free to send to the taxi driver's phone rather than sending the codes to my phone because they will be charged. Hence I could not stay in the hotel my first night.

This is a good property if you are traveling on a budget. Convenient location and about 8min walk to Metro and 20min walk to Trevi Fountain. Faculties in room a bit run down and really just a place to sleep for the night. They were kind enough for me to leave my suitcase there after Check-out to explore the city, which was a great plus. You do not meet anybody, as not a normal hotel; they will send you codes of how to gain access to the rooms etc, so no room key. So need to have WhatsApp.

The shower had mold in it, the ceiling above bed had mold, the shower did not drain, at the end of a quick shower there was 2 inches of standing water in it. The TV had no stations. The walls were beat up, if there was something else available we would have left. The area is cute around it.

First this is an apartment building with a section for rooms to rent. We arrived and there was no one to greet us. One of the residents had to contact the owner since they were not answering our calls. We finally get into our room, which was adequate. The next day we arrive back to our room and the code to get in was changed. Once again, the owner was not responding to anyone’s calls. The location isn’t ideal and the room was small but for the price that’s expected. The service however was inexcusable.

the bed is very dirty, old and torn. bed linen and towels were not washed properly, caused an allergy. the entire apartment is old and requires repair. the shower in the bathroom barely works and there is mold. At 6 in the morning, the workers are banging on the door as they vacuum the premises. every day someone comes in and cleans the room without asking. we were not happy.

Det har intet med et hotel at gøre, men nærmere privatudlejlning. Der var ikke så nemt at finde, og der var ingen reception. Værelset var meget slidt generelt, og fler ting i lejligheden var defekte. Det var dyrt i forhold til stand og beliggenhed.

È stata difficile da trovare ma grazie alla receptionist disponibilissima ce l’abbiamo fatta. Molto comodo il check in con i codici. Stanza non grandissima ma comunque carina. It was a nice hotel. The room was small but neat and had everything we needed. We got the code to enter the hotel by text message which worked really well. There is a bus stop around the corner which makes it really easy to get around. The area feels safe to walk around also late at night. I'll definitely come back next time I go to Rome.

Beware of this property and their check-in rules, my flight was delayed and they refused to check me in, leaving me without anywhere to stay late at night. "No One available" apparently. Can't comment on facilities or cleanliness but their unhelpful, inflexible approach would make me extremely cautious about booking here. They also lied to me about a refund. AVOID!
