Dear Anonymous Guest, sorry you couldn't express your disappointment to the management because this way you did not allow us to solve any problem you might have had during your stay. What is more disappointing is that we receive a poor review 5 days after our last Expedia booking clients' stay! Very, very unusual. As for the breakfast in the room, we do offer this service, free of charge, to avoid having too many people in the breakfast room at the same time. We take care of the safety of our guests maintaining the social distancing as per anti Covid protocols. In every room there is a written menu with a wide selection of items that are part of the room service breakfast: choice of 4 croissants, fette biscottate, marmalades, Nutella, butter, cheese treats, orance juice, pinapple juice, coffèe, decaf, cappuccino, tea or choccolate. Every guest is welcome to select whatever they like from that list.
