„The location of the house is not what was described. It's off a dirt road, with no lights or an address off the street. Its behind a large, heavy metal gate which is hard to pull by yourself to lock it up. The house is back behind two houses and the pictures show a brown house but it's white. The house was not clean. The floors were super sticky, mold in on the shower curtain, dead bugs behind the bed and the cabinets. The master bathroom shower went from hot to cold but nothing in between. ...

„This place was a private haven in the middle of Memphis! The entire property has a privacy fence with gate which definitely makes you feel safe and secure! We absolutely LOVED the Viking kitchen stove since we cook quite often, and the large shower was wonderful and luxurious! The beds were quite comfortable, and the customer assistance from Julia was great! She was available for helping answer questions, help us get into the property gate, etc. she was very kind and prompt with her replies ...

„This place photographs a bit better than it actually is, especially the bathroom. The bathroom needs a total renovation. I didn't even want to get in the tub. Backyard needs to be cleaned up and kept that way. In bedroom there is only one curtain panel per window rather than the 2 per window, a savings that makes the room look cheap. The living room and kitchenette were fine. The location is close to park and looks like the neighborhood is improving“
